   I recently used Pack&Go moving company for my relocation, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. The entire process, from packing to unloading, was handled with utmost professionalism. The team was punctual, efficient, and took great care of my belongings. The communication was excellent, and they made a stressful move feel seamless.

   Everyone who has ever moved from a big house, knows what type of a stress you have to go through. We have moved from Kansas City to Oklahoma, and I would recommend this company every single one of my friends, especially the ones who has kids. We needed the help with packing. The crew came arrived on time explained everything how it’s gonna work. five stars deserved just for the way they peck that is just incredible. I had zero issues whatsoever with this company.    I contacted several moving companies and decided to go with Pack&Go because they were willing to work with my budget. They exceeded my expectations by professionally packing all of my things with care. I needed help moving things from a storage unit in Dallas to Oklahoma City and they did it all in a timely matter. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help moving!

   Scammers

   This has to be the most unprofessional “mom and pop” company I have ever dealt with in my life. The customer service manager, Frank, even gay bashed me by calling me a “sissy”—completely unacceptable behavior. I called this company for 29 days straight without a single update on where my furniture was or when I could expect it. Only after a heated discussion with Frank did anything happen that same evening, proving someone had dropped the ball long ago but no one cared enough to take accountability. Per the contract I was pressured into signing, I was supposed to be notified by noon the day before delivery. Instead, when I called on a Wednesday at 4:30 PM, I was suddenly told, “Oh, your delivery will be there tomorrow morning.” Because they failed to follow their own contract and give me adequate notice, I was forced to reschedule and then pay a $1,344.12 ransom just to get my furniture released. Keep in mind, I only had a queen mattress, bed, dresser, two nightstands, a recliner, and a few boxes of clothes—there was no reason it should have taken this long. Even after 30 days, no one cared, no one worked with me, and they were already outside their own timeframe. They overcharged me, they scammed me, and then they humiliated me. When delivery finally came, they sent just one driver and I was forced to help move my own furniture, including my luxury Tempur mattress, which arrived with drag marks, a buckled middle, and was completely ruined. Bottom line: this company is unprofessional, dishonest, abusive, and nothing but a scam. Avoid them at all costs
