Company claimed to have a secure warehouse in New Jersey to hold my items as they wanted to pick them up a week early. They did NOT warehouse my items and used a third party for the last mile delivery. Upon receiving items, my entire collection over fishing rods was not delivered. There were 8 of them. When I inquired, I was told that they may have delivered them to another customer. I asked the last mile guys and they had no other delivery. My fishing gear was worht in excess of $5,000, and I was offered $75 for the loss. When I reached out to them, they made no effort to discuss a real settlement and hung up on me. Horrible experience as I believe that my items were stolen by their workers as all items were never delivered

This company will give you a fake estimate only to catch your attention as soon as they get the job, and they have all your belongings the price will rise and rise, you probably never see your property again, lack of professionalism

We would wholeheartedly suggest this service to anyone looking for a seamless and stress-free experience. The biggest highlight, without a doubt, was the incredible team itself; their professionalism and positive attitudes made the entire process a joy.

Our family had a fantastic experience with Paragon Van Lines. From the initial contact to the completion of the move, they maintained excellent communication, keeping us informed every step of the way. The three-person moving team was a pleasure to work with; they were punctual, professional, and incredibly careful with our belongings. We were particularly impressed with their delicate handling of our furniture, ensuring everything arrived in perfect condition. We were so satisfied with their service that we've already booked them for another move at the end of the month and are genuinely looking forward to working with them again.
