Hired them for a local move. The team showed up in a old faded pink truck with holes in the cargo door. It took them an hour to travel 6 miles between locations and left without finishing the job. A 2nd team came and finished the job. While waiting, I found that jewelry was missing and immediately filed a police report. I also filed claim with their insurance company for theft by their employees. They were quick to respond to the RFQ, quick to respond to team that left job unfinished, quick to send invoice for both teams, including the time team was MIA but were slow to respond to dirty mattress issue and incommunicado with regards to the theft of my jewelry.
