Lie about cost, hold your items hostage, destroy things and never even consider an insurance claim/will just ignore you. Do not hire!! Move from TN to MN. Used Allen's Moving and storage out of Florida, another total crap scam company.

My furniture was moved 5 different times to 5 different locations. The actual hands on the ground moving guys were ok, but the operation is a Bait and Switch. The final price paid was 5 times the original signed estimate.

I will sue them both They suck. Period As soon as I paid the first third, they never picked up the phone or answered any correspondence I’m a fool for falling for this. Hopefully They will get what they deserve Horrible horrible people.

Reciprocal Motion LLC out of Florida is a SCAM and SHAM moving company. DO NOT do business with this ‘Bate and Switch’ fraudulent and shady company! I was quoted $3500. and paid $1,380. deposit to move one large item from CA to NY. The day before the pick up, a representative called me and told me that there’s no way that my item could be moved for the price quoted by Reciprocal Motion LLC, it would be an additional $6500 to make the move! Reciprocal Motion Refused to Refund my deposit even though they provided no service and were extremely deceptive in their pricing!

Please be careful of using Reciprocal Motion LLC, a broker out of Florida for any move you are considering. They "quote" a great game and day of (when you are supposed to be vacating your house) a 3rd party shows up (which I understand is what brokers do), but Dwayne, the actual moving "lead" stated, after he "requoted" on site (and quote went up $5,200) "this is what they do" so be warned and stay away-
