I would give them negative stars if I could - these people are not only terrible at customer service and extremely lazy (don't really give a crap about the urgency of someone's move), they are also THEIVES! Their movers stole my stuff during the move and they are not willing to take any responsibility for it or cooperate me with it. The person responsible for coordinating with.me actually started laughing when I told him his people stole my stuff.
Three of their movers came to my house with about 40 boxes (that I had gotten shipped from Dubai, packed in front of me). They reported one box missing when the shipping container was opened but didn't have the decency to tell me that until the delivery actually came to my house. Then during the delivery, they made me check all the remaining boxes off the list as they moved them into my house. During the unpacking process (and while removing empty boxes), they actually stole one of the boxes (took it in their truck). I remember them bringing the box in, I know what was in the box and I simply couldn't find the box or its contents in my house shortly after they left. I couldn't believe it at first but then I filed for a police report and realised that the theft reporting process in Toronto is really really slow (you report it online and it takes a few weeks for the police to get back to you) and before that, you are not allowed to look into surveillance cameras due to privacy laws.
Basically these guys hire expert THEIVES who know all the loopholes in the system. They are not trustworthy, don't even use them.
