Move went relatively smoothly, however, charges were put through on my Visa at almost 60% HIGHER than what was quoted, without my authorization.
When inquiring as to why the charges where significantly higher than quoted, they would not respond to my inquiries, only sending me the invoice which had significant extra fees and charges that were not on the quote and were not in included in any fine print.
Moving is so stressful, this is such an awful thing to have to deal with during this time. I now have to report the charges on my card as fraudulent with Visa, report them to Consumer Protection, and take them to small claims court.
I do not write reviews often, but wanted to make sure others were warned and steer clear of this company to avoid a similar fate.
