I decided to use this company because my last time moving both of my televisions broke and they ensured me they have TV slips to make sure that doesn't occur. Well day of the move I ask the movers if they have them and they said no. I called Lance and expressed my frustrations and he just said "they didn't have any". So after the move is completed I find out that the moving crew did not bring my patio furniture, even though I told them "hey guys there is patio furniture outside" and they said "OK" Now I am thinking they didn't understand what I said because the moving crew consisted of three men who spoke broken english and an UHaul. Mind you I quoted multiple companies and they were not the cheapest, I used them specifically to protect my TVs. I spoke to Christine about my issues and her immediate action is to blame me for not sticking around for the walkthrough when I had to be at my new place of residence. You would be far better off going with any other moving company that you can think of. The customer service they provide is nonexistent. Now they are telling me they might not be able to deliver my patio furniture, even though that is precisely what I paid them for.

I definitely would not use this company if you have a move planned. One of the movers was incredibly lazy and was not helping the other movers, plus spent 2 hours taking a crib apart. Then, did not follow my instructions to wait for help before trying to carry a filing cabinet down the stairs. He dropped the filing cabinet down 7 stairs. On the way to the new house, the three drivers were clearing smoking weed, because you could clearly smell it as they got out of the truck. After waiting weeks for a call back from a management official, the owners son ( Doug Prescott jr.) called me and expressed his apologies. I told him, there is a hole in our wall, at least 5 oak wood steps damaged and a filing cabinet destroyed. The owners son said to get a quote from a handy man and he would take care of it. After submitting the quote and filling out the claims form Small Moves inc., sent me a letter stating they would reimburse us $45.00. There was probably $2,000 worth of damage done. This company is a joke, and will definitely go under once Junior takes over for daddy. DO NOT USE THEM

Packed up and moved my 95 year old father from one assisted living facility to another. Angel and Nick were amazing. They were respectful, took great care of my fathers possesions, thanked my father for his military service (which really meant alot to him) When unpacking, they put everything exactly in its place and this eased my fathers mind alot! They worked from 8:30-4:00 without stopping and never lost their calm and caring demeanor. Everything was well packed. Special shout out to Angel. He is a true example of the great side of human nature. I hope he gets the accolades he deserves from this company.

Very professional company. Best moving experience I’ve ever had. Two men showed up on time and made sure they were clear on exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this company. When I received my items to my new house I was impressed how carefully they packed everything.

I have used Small Moves for several moves, for both me and my mom from 2016-2018. All moves have gone smoothly with no damage! Crew is always professional and one time. Office is professional and helpful. HIGHLY recommended!!
