I’m a repeat customer and has also recommended them to family and friends. I requested a move and asked about the fees. I wasn’t informed that they now charge for shrink wrapping your items. I let them know that I wasn’t aware of this and that I would probably not use them again after this move. Instead of being a professional and contacting me, they chose to cancel my move and keep $160 of my money. This is the thanks you get for trying to be loyal to a company. So now I’m stuck without a mover and out $160 + the money I paid to Groupon to use for the move.

Very unprofessional company. Purchased a Groupon for 2 hours and scheduled a moving time and date. Movers were supposed to arrive from 11 am - 3pm but instead arrived 8:30 pm because they had to finish another job. OK, understandable. Whatever. We had paid a 3rd floor fee but since they were like 6 hours late we decided to use that time to bring most things they were going to move downstairs. They arrived and decided what they put on the moving truck and then when my husband went upstairs they called him to tell him they were “done loading truck, they were not going to take anything else, they were not going to work late on a Saturday” and then hung up! They finished the first job and were 6 hours late to move OUR stuff and still had the audacity to be this rude. We called Monday to speak to a supervisor who took a week to essentially tell is she’s sorry for inconvenience. We send her pics and everything and paid $600 for a crappy, incomplete service. After unpacking items things like dishes and some furniture were damaged. So…no they do not have a “soft touch” when it comes to moving. After reading other reviews it looks like they discriminate you for buying a Groupon and therefore don’t care about giving good service.

I can’t say enough good things about this company! We are a Navy family, so we move quite often. This is our 6th move, in 7 years. Lisa was our moving coordinator for this one. She came to our home and did a thorough walk through with me & my wife. She answered all of our questions and even offered some great tips that we would have never thought of. Lisa is very experienced in the moving world and we were honored to have her help. She helped make this move the easiest one yet! Our moving truck showed up on time, which is a 1st based on all our prior moves. The guys were great, Nick, Robert, Sammy & Jose are true professionals at there trade. I was very impressed in how clean and neat there truck was. We felt very much at ease as they were extremely polite and happy to be moving. The guys told us they look at there job as a sport, they get paid to work out! There attitude set the pace for the entire day! There vibe was consistent even when there were some frustrating situations. We had some heavy furniture upstairs at our old home that definitely took some muscles! We are very happy to have found soft touch moving and we will most definitely be using them the next time we move! We have already referred them to friends who have also experienced what a great move is all about! I want to thank everyone from Soft Touch even the guy who delivered our boxes prior to our move, but cannot remember his name. Thank you! We have found our forever movers and we will definitely give the highest recommendations to anyone moving in the future. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you so much again! I went to Soft Touch Moving for moving services over the weekend. It was the worst experience of my life!! First off I was overcharged, and when I toldThem that I did not have that much money on my card and that I would have to get the cash from my old house and get the funds put onto a card. She then stated that she would keep her guys there and continue the clock running until I came back to pay. I told her that I did not feel this was fair and that I would call her back with payment. She then threatened to call the police for theft of services. I explained to her again that I did not even have the cash on me so there was nothing I could do right at that second, As I did not expect to be overcharged. She continued to be very rude and so I hung up in attempt to go to my vehicle go get the money and call in the payment. However when I went to my vehicle, she had remotely locked their truck so that I could not leave. I was blocked into my parking space. I had to have my father pay these charges over the phone in order to even be able to leave my residence. I did not want the police to show up to my new place. After my Dad paid these charges, she unlocked their vehicle. When I tried to call her to discuss the charges, she would not pick up the phone. I went up to the business to try to get a copy of my bill and what I signed. She stated that the charges were correct and there’s nothing that she was going to do about it and became quite belligerent. She closed the door while calling me a bitch at the same time. I Returned the compliment and she came back out of the building. At that point two other drivers are driving up so sheWent up to them saying that I was harassing her and to call the police. I politely explained to those two other workers that I was simply trying to get a copy of my bill and discuss my charges. They said they do not give copies of what I signed during the time of move andLisa said she would not give me a copy because I didn’t pay for your services my dad did. Which is not true I paid for the original amount and paid my dad back for the services he had to pay for due to me being blocked into my parking space. I told them that I was going to take them to small claims court and to be prepared to be served. Lisa became very upset and got into my face saying that I’m not going to do anything while waving both middle fingers back-and-forth in front of my face. She then started waving her hands in front of my face causing me to swap one of her hands away by instinct. I was then attacked by Lisa. While trying to pull us apart, one of their other workers pulled my hair and left a huge bruise on both of my arms. All of this occurred right in front of my child who is sitting in my vehicle. This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever heard of and nobody should ever have to use them. There is even a news story about them on AZ family news regarding them throwing a family’s belongings out onto the street and then lying about the reason on TV. Here is the Link.
