   Don’t let the name fool you!

   I can’t say enough good things about this company! We are a Navy family, so we move quite often. This is our 6th move, in 7 years. Lisa was our moving coordinator for this one. She came to our home and did a thorough walk through with me & my wife. She answered all of our questions and even offered some great tips that we would have never thought of. Lisa is very experienced in the moving world and we were honored to have her help. She helped make this move the easiest one yet! Our moving truck showed up on time, which is a 1st based on all our prior moves. The guys were great, Nick, Robert, Sammy & Jose are true professionals at there trade. I was very impressed in how clean and neat there truck was. We felt very much at ease as they were extremely polite and happy to be moving. The guys told us they look at there job as a sport, they get paid to work out! There attitude set the pace for the entire day! There vibe was consistent even when there were some frustrating situations. We had some heavy furniture upstairs at our old home that definitely took some muscles! We are very happy to have found soft touch moving and we will most definitely be using them the next time we move! We have already referred them to friends who have also experienced what a great move is all about! I want to thank everyone from Soft Touch even the guy who delivered our boxes prior to our move, but cannot remember his name. Thank you!    My moving team was Scott and Victor. They were on time, personable, professional, quick and efficient. They moved my 1 bedroom apartment in just over 3 hours! I'm impressed with this company after having had some moving nightmares in the past.

   Soft Touch Moving.

   I have nothing but high praise for Soft Touch Moving. The first time I used them, they were referred to me by a friend who said they were great. They moved us from a packed four bedroom home into a temporary smaller home and two storage units. I couldn't believe how they got so much furniture and boxes packed tightly (but safely) into storage. The second move with Scott, Jose, and Mario was from the home and the storage units into our new home. They arrived on time and are professional and very friendly. They take care to wrap the furniture, as well as the doorways, to protect them, and in both moves, nothing has ever been damaged in any way. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and extremely professional company!

   IF you need a moving company, you'll love this one!!

   I'm glad I didn't listen to the review that complained about this company. They were on time and did everything possible to make the transition an easy one. Soft touch moved furniture from a home for a consignor of mine. I own a resale & consignment shop. I was very impressed with Scott and his team with not only how carefully they packed all the furniture up for my consignor but how they took extra special care to make sure everything was delivered in excellent condition. If you need a mover, I HIGHLY recommend Soft Touch for a great moving experience. If there were more stars, I would give them to this company. Kudos to them for their help.

   Amazing people to work with!

   My parents decided to move after youngest sister moved out, but their ‘empty nest’ was not so empty-it had twenty years of stuff that a large family accumulates. This job just felt impossible to us. Scott's crew showed up and had the entire house moved in six hours to my parent's new condo, and everything was placed thoughtfully for unpacking, with the larger pieces set up for them. Words cannot describe how comfortable they made my family during the moving process which is usually a very stressful time in life. Scott's rates are excellent-competitive, and SO worth it. The crew was just incredible.. on time, SUPER efficient and extremely careful with their time, coming in under their estimate, but we compensated them anyway, and then some! Everything that gives you pause about hiring movers is not true with these guys-they totally break the mold with an extremely professional crew and a very nice, communicative, and thorough booking system. Hire these guys, and your move will be a breeze!

   Great experience with Soft Touch Moving & Packing!

   Soft touch moving did a fantastic job at making sure nothing got damaged on our journey from AZ to NJ This was a exceptionally well planned out move on the behalf of the Soft Touch crew. We hired them based on our last moving experience were we hired them for unloading a u haul and they were impressive! On the long hall they went way beyond our expectations. Scott came out to take a look at our stuff and was very friendly. He was able to give us a quote which was within our budget. We did get two other bids that were both not able to give us a on site price. Both companies were a lot more expensive so it was a no brainier. My Crew of five movers showed up three of them in which helped us unloading a u haul two years ago. It was nice to see some familiar faces! They took extra precautions to insure nothing got broke. They wrap everything up extremely well! They put fragile stickers on all my presous items and boxed my TVs. They rolled out a red runner at my front door to protect the floors. It was well worth the research I did to find a professional company. It took four days for my stuff to arrive in NJ The driver was very informative and kept me updated the duration of there journey with updated text messages. They arrived on the fifth day at 7am and had our stuff unloaded and beds reassembled & set up by 9am We completely unpacked and couldn't find a single dent,scratch or ding on anything! We are so happy with our experience from Soft Touch Moving I felt obligated to write this review to help people looking for over the top service. This company gets a A+ for having some of the nicest,caring guys I've ever met! The best price and no damages! "JOB WELL DONE".

   Amazing Customer Service!

   We hired Soft Touch moving to move from Arizona to Jersey City. They were on time and showed great professionalism in every aspect of our move! The scheduling was very easy and the communication was over the top! The men wrapped and padded our furniture loaded and got on the road. They gave me access to there GPS so could actually track there progress until they arrived at my house. They sent me emails with pictures. It was a awesome experience and I would recommend them to anyone moving!

   Good Guys.

   My husband and were very fortunate to have the excellent moving skills of Mike,James and Pete when we moved into our new home! The great experience started a few days ago when they called to do a quick pre-move, follow-up. They confirmed our move date and time,whether or not we would need packing help and a few last minute details. We were scheduled to move at 8 a.m. and the team showed up 10 minutes early at 7:50 to start setting up,which is perfect in my book! I was impressed at the lengths the went to wrap and protect our furniture and glass items. All the furniture was wrapped in cloths and plastic before taking it out our apartment. All the movers were professional,polite and very helpful. I highly recomend this company for all your moving and packing needs!!   #TIP They also provide packing materials at a lower rate than home depot or other packing material stores. Boxes,tape and matress bags were all cheaper to buy on move day from the movers.

   They Touched Me Softly.

   I used this company to move my things from Arizona to New Mexico this week and they did a wonderful job! I am considering moving back just for the wondreful experience I had with Soft Touch Moving! They were extremly professional,polite,and well mannored gentlmen who were very down to earth,love there job and it shows! They picked up my furniture and storage unit at 8:00am and were at my front door in NM at 9:00am the next day. They unloaded and placed everything in the exact place I asked including the boxes! Nothing was broken,they wrapped all my glass in pads with tape and even hooked up my water line for my refrigorator! Above and beyond service,couldnt of asked for a better company for the job!

    "0utstanding Service".

    Two "HIGH FIVES" for Soft Touch moving and packing! I found these guys on google and booked with them based on there great reviews. The scheduling was very pleasant especially since we had to change the date twice. They were very flexible and understanding. On the move day four large men showed up on time and got right to work. They were clean, neat and professional from start to finish! The padded walls, rails, doors used protection on my tile and hardwood floors. They wrapped all my furniture, glass, mirrors and numerous pieces of art in thick moving blankets.They moved our washer and dryer and even changed out the dryer cord when it didn't fit at our new home. They had stairs, tight corners and a long walk while all carrying all smilies! I felt at ease the entire time knowing these guys have experience. We have not found any damage and eveything arrived in perfect condition. As we unpack im still finding things like they bagged the pegs for my desk and labled them so it was very easy for me to figure out how to reassemble. They wrapped my items in plastic that I requested for storage at the beginning. They even moved and putt the bed skirt back on our California king that we didn't even notice they did until a few days later. W0W, that alone saved me a hernia from having to move the mattress with my wife! I can't express the respect I have for this crew, they did a fantastic job! Thank you Danny, James, Mike and Steve!
