I recently relocated from Rome, Italy to Chicago, Illinois, and overall the moving experience was very good. The team was professional, on time, and handled my belongings with care throughout the long journey. Communication was clear, and I appreciated the regular updates while my shipment was in transit. Most of my furniture and boxes arrived in perfect condition, though a couple of smaller items had minor scuffs, which is why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. Still, the customer service was responsive and offered a fair resolution. Moving internationally is never easy, but this company made the process much less stressful. I would recommend them to anyone planning a big move like mine.
