Stay away from this company at all costs! Sept, 1, 2017 they were 6+ hours late to my move, took 12 hours to move some furniture and about 57 boxes from a 2 BR apartment to another apt 10 minutes away, demanded extra money and held hostage a 65" LG TV set and bar stools until I agreed to pay another $225 on top of what we agreed upon. Five days later, they subcontracted another company to deliver my TV and items that were back at the old place and the TV screen was totally ruined. The co-owners of the subcontracted company told me that it looked like "sweat damage" when the original Strongman movers pressed the TV against their sweaty shirts to carry it. My $1300 TV that I bought a year ago, they are now offering me 60 cents per pound, which means about $29! Owner Jessica is rude, hostile, incompetent and with ZERO customer service skills. She overbooks the jobs, overworks the staff and makes no apologies for anything. Her husband, who called me after I demanded a replacement for my TV, called to insult me and to suggest I had made up the story. I will be filing a formal complaint against them. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
