Just had a terrible experience with this amateur moving company. Every person I spoke to blamed the constant price increase on "the boss" Hector. They were constantly late, then when they finally have your belongings on their truck, surprise, pay me cash before we can do anything else. I would call this operation the Devils Den as the price went up and up and up. All i can say is never, never, never....ever use this company, you will regret it for a long long time. If you evertalkto Hector, Danny, or "the boss" run and never look back. Absolutely a terrible company filled with nothing but sophisms. Never on time, always an excuse. They will also say " I'm here to help you" must have heard that 100x. Oh, quite the contrary, i must have also heard 100x "show me the money". Justin also said first thing, we are run by veterans, and apparently Justin was in the Army, as i asked him what branch he was in. However, according to Danny B. Justin is just a call center, Hm! This guy Danny, changed every situation into something where he's "trying to help you" Danny did nothing but increase the price and extort money out of my sister. These people are bad news.All i can say is tell everyone you know, write reviews to protect the unsuspecting people they prey on. Lastly, they only take cash, Hm! Can you spell IRS, Dept. of Revenue, maybe even the FBI as they are running a scam or maybe extortion. My sister's charge went from $1,800 to $3,400. If anybody reads this and has close contacts with the above agencies let them know and maybe these agencies can shut these guys down. I'm sure these review are only the tip of the iceberg. Let's protect everyone from this terrible company.

I booked with Justin last Friday for a three bedroom move. I was confirmed for a 8-9 AM window. The movers never showed so I called Justin at 9:15 and he said they were running late and would arrive by 10. Then never arrived and every time I called I got the run around. I eventually canceled which made Justin mad (as if I cared). He started texting me and was very rude. I would never recommend this company. The customer service sucks and Justin said he didn’t care if I wrote a bad review because he doesn’t use Yelp or Angie’s list. Don’t use there services or you’ll be sorry.

I really tried not to be this person but the people with this company have gave me no choice. Everything went so well at the beginning although expensive it was decently price for what was offered. Then when they came to pick up my stuff I got charged an extra $600 dollars for who knows what because the person I was speaking with (Justin Brown) never gave me an answer. Whatever no problem then after I got my stuff there was some missing item and when I tell you I have called multiple times and spoke to multiple people still nobody has contacted me back they brought my stuff I want to say may 23 I believe and now I have no choice but to give them this review on June 30th. I paid over $2500 for the services and tipped the movers each $50 and all I would like is a response and for my stuff to be delivered or replaced I don’t feel like I’m asking for too much. The person I paid was Miguel Burgos. Those are the only 2 names I remember

They told me it would be 471 and held my stuff hostage until I paid them 1300 cash. This was a bdrm condo move. They deserve a 0

Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS! They showed up 2 hours late, smelling like weed. When they did arrive, they wanted payment before taking our stuff to the new house. Even though they took my initial deposit with my credit card, they refused to take it for the remainder of the balance. Cash, money order, Zelle or Venmo. We had to run out and get a money order. We left to go sign our closing papers and we were assured everything would be handled toy our satisfaction. Our realtor had agreed to stay at the new place while they unloaded. When we returned a few hours later to our old house, there was still a lot of things they left behind--a king size bed, a rocker, some items in the garage, shelves and many other things. Some of the things they DID take arrived damaged. There is a large scratch on our washing machine, a dining room chair now has only three legs, pieces of our bed frame have vanished, nightstands are dented,etc. etc. I have made several calls to Justine, Mike and the driver, none of which has been returned. now I cant even reach any of them. This WILL NOT GO AWAY!!
