Due to its high ratings and reviews, I hired Too Notch to move my property out of state. At first all was cordial. It was not made clear that several third party trucks would be used. My property arrived 2 weeks after it was promised and arrived in terrible shape. Boxes marked “very fragile” were crushed and their contents were smashed. Every piece of my solid cherry furniture was scratched, damaged, chipped or water marked. I sent over 24 pictures of the damage to the company and they assumed no responsibility. They referred me to the third party movers that they hired, who after four months of waiting, finally offered me only $192 to repair or replace the nine pieces of damaged furniture. I contacted the Better Business Bureau in the hope they would intercede and discuss a compromise. Top Notch would not even return BBB’s multiple calls which speaks volumes of their lack of integrity as a company. True reviews are writ by genuine customers, not friends of the company. My lawyer agrees I was totally scammed and am now left with 3 rooms of damaged furniture. Please take heed before doing business with Too Notch Movers of West Palm Beach or contact the BBB for further feedback.
