This is the first negative review I’ve ever written. Last Monday, I called for an estimate, but after a week, I hadn’t heard back, although I had been told I’d hear within a day. I called today (a week later), sent photos to help speed up the process. Also, again, the sales person was emailed, and he was called again. I never heard back. I have withdrawn my request, as I won’t do business with people without accountability. Perhaps because I have a smaller house, the sales commission wasn’t worth it. (Please note: this site required that I insert the estimated cost, which I never received; 3 digits are required, so I inserted “999”, in order to complete the review process. This number is fictitious.)

Moved from Ft Pierce, FL to Stuart, FL 9/4/2020: 2nd floor condo to 1st floor condo. Great move from initial contact with Richard who helped considerably with filling out the inventory and answering all communications swiftly. Moving crew was Joseph, John and Derris. They showed up wearing masks and kept them on the whole time. These guys worked steadily, carefully and with professional experience and know-how. No chattering or lounging around. Most importantly they used a lot moving blankets around the big furniture. About 7,000 lb of household goods delivered and placed - as directed - in new house without a scratch. The quote was $1359 and there were NO EXTRA charges tacked on at the end. A great move, worry free and on time. Basically it exceeded all our expectations. Five stars for this company. We hired TCMS for an intrastate move 11/19. Took over 8 hours to load our property with no inventory system in place. They arrived several hours late for delivery the next day and had to rush. Delivery took under 5 hours and as a result of their rushing and negligence, damaged much of our property and a box was also missing. We had purchased replacement protection and immediately filed a claim for both damaged and missing items. Since that time we have been met with stall tactics and a seriously low ball offer that ignores or denies much of our claim. We responded with requests to see the estimate for the purposes of countering and were denied that as well. The company has since cut off all communications while paying out not a penny. TCMS is self insured so if you think you’re protected by purchasing insurance think again. Its actually the opposite and any claims will be vigorously challenged by them so they can save money on payouts regarding their negligent services. Its dishonorable and dishonest but it’s what you get when dealing with dishonorable and dishonest people. TCMS promotes that it’s a family business, but they have no problem screwing other families. I strongly advise you to use someone else because should you encounter any issues you’ll be screwed to.

Treasure Coast Moving & Storage recently helped me move furniture and boxes out of a storage facility and into my house. Derris and Lee were wonderful! They were pleasant, very professional, efficient and extremely careful with all my things. They even went the "extra mile" to help me set up the furniture in my house. I would highly recommend them!
