I would probably not use this service again if it were not for the dispatcher Sean in Miami who moved heaven and earth to help us get out of a pick-up scheduling loop. We had to reschedule our drop-off due to no fault of our own -- truck literally drove away on drop off date. I could reach no one and ultimately, at EOD after no one picking up the phone all day, someone took pity on me and emailed dispatch, only to be charged $150 for the change. I felt hijacked, but what could I do? When I called to have the fee removed, we were denied. I felt that it was a poor customer service solution.
