Om August 3rd 2017 I contracted with United Movers Group to move my household good from Bakersfield to Hayden Idaho. As aa uninformed fool, I gave them depositof$4900. I cancelled the request per their cancellation Policy on August 19th 2017 I requested the refund of my deposit. They claimed to have sent a refund check in October 2017. I never received the check. They then claimed to have sent a check in November 2017. I never received the check. After several phone calls I was turned over to this thug named WALTER the manager. He said "boy that's a big hunk of change." He said "I will get it returned" I have never received any refund of proof that they ever sent a check. I called again and this thug Walter said " I think your trying to commit fraud!" He said they would not send another check even though he had no record of it being cashed and he stopped payment. These people are fraudulent liars, bully's and thieves and crooks. There appears there is no recourse to recover the money. DOT FBI will not look into this theft. I repeat, these are BAD BAD crooks that steal from you and you have NO recourse. They place phony reviews as to how great. Read any asthenic reviews and you will find nothing but nightmares. BEWARE< BEWARE< BEWARE.

United World Wide Movers is terrible. Initially, we were promised a set price of 2300. She said this was not a broker company and ensured that they would be the movers to actually move us. Two days before they our move, they doubled the price to 4600- conveniently when we were no longer able to get our deposit back. The movers showed up and started a fight, throwing our stuff in the process. Once our items were taken and stored, we were never informed as to where they were "stored." Customer service was rude and used profanity when speaking to us. They would hang up on us and eventually would ignore our calls, so we had to use other numbers. Finally, after at least 3 weeks of trying to regain our items, we were then cussed out by the driver and threatened with his knife. He actually stabbed our couch and bed to death. Additionally, when I was calling the cops, they took off with the rest of our items still on the truck. We had to file a police report. Overall, these people should rot in H** for what they did. I really hope karma will happen to everyone involved with this company! Please avoid! RUN RUN RUN!!

United Movers Group helped me move my stuff from D.C. to New York last week and they did an amazing job. Peter and Justin were very accommodating with the special items I had and paid special attention so that everything was moved with care. My stuff arrived well in time and the off-loading was careful and fast as well. I would highly recommend using this service and if I ever move again, I will be sure to use them again.

Absolutely blessed beyond all recognition. This company hands down is full of professionals who take care of their clients. I am blessed to be a part of this life and now a part of this family. I want to thank Tom and thank the movers for handling my whole move with no issues. You all are the best!

I am truly blessed to have gotten the opportunity to work with United Movers Group. I know there are many many movers out there and I quickly realize that after asking for quotes online. The thing I like the most about first call relocationswhere is they will work with their own employees and their own and operate their own trucks. The last thing I wanted was a moving broker. They were extremely detailed in their work and they made it a priority to put together an accurate list. Any items I had questions about I send pictures over to make sure we allocated the proper amount of space. Anything that needed special packing I also emailed over pictures as well. Even after we completed our list I had asked my associate they put on a couple hundred extra cubic feet to make sure I did not go over. The movers arrive then I watch them work as they move through my home. They treated all the pieces gently and pack the truck in a way that nothing would be crushed. My list match their list exactly and we still had extra space for my price has dropped beyond that. Their dispatch department called me as the truck was in route to make sure and confirm that somebody would be there to take the delivery. They originally told me 10 to 14 days but the delivery came in nine so I was happy to say I would take it. Overall it was a pleasant experience and they treated me with a higher level of respect and that’s all that I could ask for. So in the end coming on here to write a positive review is the least that I could do. Thank you United Movers Group!
