My cross country move started with US Moving Services. They made a lot of empty promises, sold my contract to not one but two other vendors, stored my property for nearly a week before delivering and damaged and lost a lot of items. A racket and a big rip off of a company. And the so called insurance company to file a claim looked at all the pictures of broken furniture and missing boxes and offered me $75.00. DO NOT engage with them!

This company is a joke. Rude people, disrespectful service, and a definite price hike. My items were highly damaged, and the movers delivered my things almost a month later! Users BEWARE!! And definitely GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I have never had such a bad experience with a so called company in my entire life. We had approx. 10,000.00 in damage to our belongings. They dropped our front load washer and dryer off the truck, smashed our oak dining room shairs, cracked the headboard on both my beda. There is too much to mention. All they want to compensate me for is 200.00.

This company was very unprofessional. They gave me a reasonable quote ($1171.11), then jacked up the price when picking up my items, and again when my delivery came by over twice as much. They took a VERY long time to deliver, and I had to live out of one bag for a very long time, and I had to buy new clothes to wear to start my new job. When I called the company to speak with a manager, he laughed at me, used foul language, and hung up on me several times. When my items arrived, several were damaged, and after unpacking, I was missing a few boxes. NEVER AGAIN and BEWARE!!
