This is a broker first of all, who contracted with a mover, Crystal MOvers, who hired an independent guy who held my goods for 2 months in NJ. Venture offered 30 days free storage, and 3 movers on the move. I never got 3 movers. Crystal and their contractor -- a very sleazy dishonest guy -- charged me for 950 cu ft. Venture charged me already for this amount.So,the cost went from 3700 to $4700. I tried repeatedly to get a refund from Venture even going to their homes and office -- no response. Bad bad deal and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administraiton has loads of complaints against them.
