We engaged Waters to complete our removal. From start to finish they were exceptional. Our first contact with Alice to obtain a quote was excellent, she was so totally professional and helpful in understanding our requirements and needs. Unfortunately we were in a long chain which caused delays and a constant need to change dates, however, throughout the whole process, Alice was very understanding and patient. We purchased items to assist us with the packing and hired wardrobe boxes and all were fairly priced. On the day of our removal Ollie and his team arrived early and were nothing more than amazing, they were so organised and professional, so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they certainly made the whole process less stressful for us, which we were so grateful for. We would certainly highly recommend Waters Transport and Removals, they were so personal and professional throughout. The only thing left to say, is a big Thank you to Alice, Ollie and the team.
