   Great value for money

   Great service at great value for money. They were worth every penny. The team could not do enough for us before and during our move. I would highly recommend Waters Removals & Storage and wouldn't bother going elsewhere in future.

   I would not hesitate to recommend Waters. They are efficient and well resourced plus competitively priced. My move Stafford to South Wales was handled with minimal fuss and excellent communication throughout.

   Amazing service

   Waters offered an amazing service from first contact to when I closed my door. Alice and Oli were helpful and understood my circumstances. Alice was helpful and communications were really swift and helpful. The guys who came were professional, helpful and kind- as a woman alone, that goes a long way. Even little touches like checking that the ‘big furniture’ was in the right place was really great. They were also incredibly well priced. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

   Recent removal November 2025

   We engaged Waters to complete our removal. From start to finish they were exceptional. Our first contact with Alice to obtain a quote was excellent, she was so totally professional and helpful in understanding our requirements and needs. Unfortunately we were in a long chain which caused delays and a constant need to change dates, however, throughout the whole process, Alice was very understanding and patient. We purchased items to assist us with the packing and hired wardrobe boxes and all were fairly priced. On the day of our removal Ollie and his team arrived early and were nothing more than amazing, they were so organised and professional, so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they certainly made the whole process less stressful for us, which we were so grateful for. We would certainly highly recommend Waters Transport and Removals, they were so personal and professional throughout. The only thing left to say, is a big Thank you to Alice, Ollie and the team.

   House move

   Communication was great at each stage. From packing for our sale, through having furniture in storage, to then moving us in to our new home, we always knew what was happening with any questions answered straight away. The team are all friendly and efficient. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

   Fabulous Removal company

   Thanks Alice and the whole team. Always ready to answer questions and give reassurance on the lead up to the move. Very professional and helpful during the the day of the move, I can’t believe how hard you guys work. (I paid extra to upgrade my package as I needed help wrapping mirrors/pics and dismantling beds etc) I would 100% recommend Waters Thank you for your recommendations for tradesmen too, I really appreciate it

   Move from Stoke on Trent to Swansea

   Once we had chosen Waters for our move from Stoke on Trent to Swansea they ensured that things were arranged to suit us. On the day of moving we still were not sure if it would go ahead as exchange of contracts and completion were due to happen that day. To say we were stressed is an understatement! As soon as Ollie from Waters arrived he was very reassuring, said that it happens all the time. He said that they could store our furniture if necessary and deliver at a later date. This immediately made us feel better. As the morning went on we calmed down helped by seeing how professional Waters were. Needless to say everything did go ahead and we headed off to Swansea and Waters were to deliver our furniture the next day. Sure enough just after 8am they arrived. They were so respectful, checking where we wanted things put and were not phased when we asked them to move a heavy bookcase to different place as we had changed our mind about its position!! They placed floor coverings down and were careful to keep our goods clean with protective coverings. We would highly recommend this firm to anyone. Thank you Waters for making a stressful time bearable.

   Moving home

   We would like to say a big thank you to Ollie and the team from waters transport who recently moved us into our new home From the start to finish they were 100% professional throughout the move ,moving is a stressful time but they made it a lot easier to manage Ollie even sorted out storage for our furniture as we had a delay in the purchase of our property Nothing was a trouble for the team even to putting together our bed for us . Myself and my wife would recommend waters transport to anyone who is moving home or to any business who need a reliable company for any type of move
