My experience with Wilson Brothers Van Lines is Eli gave us an estimate from my phone and his Zoom video just 3 days before movers came. At 9:30 p.m. movers finished loading truck and my price went from $6,451.68 to $9,943.23. We did add about 10 boxes of last minute items like towels, coffee pot, one box of groceries but those definitely not almost $3,500 worth. Everything was on video with Eli for all of the other boxes, items and furniture for the $6,451 estimate. They won’t acknowledge the fact that Eli took the video with all of the items on it for his estimate to us. They keep dismissing me when I tried to question them. We did receive everything quickly but one of our tv’s doesn’t work, they didn’t hook up washer and dryer and our lawn mower was placed on its side per the movers telling us and all oil leaked out. Had to replace oil and gas line and clean spark plugs. Movers damaged a door and didn’t tell us. We found it after they left. They covered the hole with paper and tape. We did receive some credit for that but not even half of our cost at closing to settle that damage. Be cautious of estimate you receive!
