just save your money and go anywhere else!!! Brutal customer service and even worse professionalism. Turned what should have been an easy move under 3 hours and turned it into a $600 scam and they didn’t even “have time” to move the rest so we had to get a uhaul. Just the worst!

During the call they gave verbal confirmation of $500. Upon arrival, they demanded $700 and took advantage of my situation. During the move they were disrespectful of my furniture and did not even move everything. They told me to move my own belongings in my car as they did not have enough room in their vehicle. I would never do business with a company as dishonest as this one again. Do not trust this company with your personal belongings.

They ask for cash before they'll load and unload (even though there was no talk of cash when we set this up). They were late. They broke stuff. They don't respond to issues and certainly didn't resolve any of the problems we had. Terrible.

1. We agreed on a price before hiring them. They showed up and demanded 50% more, taking our situation as hostage. 2. They took the money upfront (non-optional!), drove our stuff to the new place, emptied in the garage, and the moment I looked away they ran to the truck and ran away! Didn't answer phone. Even their (imposed) condition was for 3 hours, but they ran after 2:20, having already taken the money. I even called the police but they said they can't do anything. Had to ask friends to come help move stuff upstairs.
