   A Better Tripp recently moved me to my new home and I couldn't have been more pleased. The movers showed up on time, worked very fast and they were very careful with all my things.

   I was referred to A Better Tripp Moving & Storage by the President of an oil & gas company. He highly recommended them due to his positive experience with the company. He had used them for several moves for him and his employees. Based on this feedback, I contacted A Better Tripp to assist on moving to a new house. I was treated professionally by the owner and quoted a fair price. The movers showed up on time and were conscientious. They completed the job on time and were pleasant. I would high recommend A Better Tripp Moving & Storage. Chuck.

   Excellent job handling two shipments.

   I am very skeptical about dealing with moving companies, but these guys were simply great.  I was handling my mom's estate and arranged for two separate shipments, from Texas to Florida and New Jersey.  Everyone at A Better Trip was great to deal with, from Melvin Parker, who provided the estimates, to both moving crews.  They showed up on time, worked diligently to pack everything carefully, and were totally professional.  One crew ran into problems with their van on the trip down to Florida, but did a great job of keeping me apprised of their situation and progress.  Due to the truck problems, they showed up much later than they expected that evening, but worked late into the night to get everything unloaded.    Everyone I dealt with at A Better Trip was pleasant, honest, and totally professional.  I can't remember the last time I could say that about any company.  Thanks for your help with a diffiecult family situation. .

   Terrible

   I had a disappointing experience with A Better Tripp. While the company initially appeared professional, the service fell short of expectations. Communication was inconsistent, and there were issues that were never fully resolved. I expected a smoother and more transparent process. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend them based on my experience.

   A BETTER TRIPP MOVERS COST ME A FORTUNE IN DAMAGES

   We hired A Better Tripp several years ago and they lied and cheated us. We asked several times for extra insurance and they lied to us about the process. Secondarily, they promised to bring appropriate materials to pack our fragile and valuable items. They did not and one of the movers brought his out-of-shape wife to pack me up. They caused over $30k worth of damage and promised to make good on reimbursing me. Instead, they ran out the clock lying all the way. These are the most unethical and horrible people I have ever worked with. Not only did I lose many valuable things in a flood, I then lost valuable items in the move. They did not even put blankets around my Italian leather couch and ruined it so I have to spend $6k re-doing it. They laughed at me for saying that some of my Pre-Columbian pottery were smashed. I spent a year working with a VERY SPECIALIZED ART AND POTTERY RESTORER IN NEW YORK to fix. The price tag to fix only three of the broken figurines was $6,800. In all, they broke 40 items - many of the items irreplaceable. I WOULD NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH MY THINGS. They had the nerve to call me crazy when the CONTRACTED (they lied about this, too), a third-party mover, not them, that moved my things. This was a $22k move that ruined $30k worth of my items. The contracted mover, after seeing the devastation of my items, told A Better Tripp that I was crazy. How pathetic that they believed them and then lied to me about doing something about this. I know other people who also had a terrible experience. Not only was I victimized once by them lying about having their A-Team pack my things and damaging them. They re-victimized me by lying about wanting to make this right. They had me call their "insurance" and all they did was not answer our all to run out the statues of limitations all while saying I am the crazy one. These people are shameless.

   NO background checks!

   We chose this company based on their reputation and the fact that they advertise they screen their employees using nationwide background checks. Unfortunately, this is all lies and my child was molested by and employee and know felon that worked for them.
