   Worst Moving Experience of My Life – Avoid at All Costs!

   If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with A Plus Moving Group was an absolute nightmare from start to finish — unprofessional, dishonest, and damaging in every possible way. From the beginning, the sales rep Will Reid promised the world — guaranteed pickup on August 1st, charges based on box count, careful wrapping and handling, and prompt delivery. NONE of this happened. They changed my pickup date without my consent, arrived hours late with no communication, and completely misrepresented the pricing. The movers crammed my belongings into boxes without labeling or protection, and many items arrived broken, wet, or destroyed. My wife’s PS5 was damaged, my file storage unit was bent and my hard drives destroyed (losing over 8 years of photos/videos), my bookshelf was soaked with mold, and my robot vacuum was cracked and no longer works. Kitchenware arrived shattered, and I even injured myself unpacking. It gets worse — 65 boxes were packed, but only 59 were delivered, along with a missing bookshelf. Their own paperwork confirms the count, yet they still charged me extra for “overages.” I have photographic proof of everything. This company failed to deliver all my items, failed to protect my belongings, and failed to perform the service I paid for. Their handling of my move was careless, unacceptable, and nothing like what was promised. Also, the glowing reviews on their website appear to be fake — some of the exact reviews they showcase cannot be found on independent review sites. This is highly misleading to potential customers. I will be pursuing every possible legal and consumer protection avenue to hold them accountable. Save yourself the stress, money, and heartbreak — do not hire A Plus Moving Group.
