   Do Not Use AAA Movers

   I chose AAA Movers after getting several quotes and selecting the company that best fit my needs. I’m not someone who automatically believes online reviews—I prefer to judge a company based on my own experience. Initially, everything went well. The quote process was smooth, communication was good, and the actual moving day wasn’t terrible. The three gentlemen who handled my move were friendly, professional, and worked hard. A box of ornaments was broken during the move, and my two beds weren't reassembled correctly at first, but we quickly figured it out together. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. After the movers left, I realized two boxes of expensive dishes were missing. I later learned a large construction-size garbage bag full of my daughter’s stuffed animals and clothing had been left in their truck, but no one contacted me about it. I called the company more than a dozen times before getting the bag back, but my Crate & Barrel dishes have never been found. I was told the movers never found the dish boxes, yet they disappeared during my move. The company initially offered only $60 in compensation. After I reached out 20+ times, they agreed to increase the refund, but three weeks later it still hadn't been issued. Multiple emails went unanswered, and when I finally reached someone, I was simply told they were "looking into it." As of today, I still have no resolution, my dishes are still missing, and the amount of time I've spent chasing updates has been incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, I received unexpected text messages from one of the individuals involved around 3:00 a.m. that made me uncomfortable and were completely inappropriate. While the movers themselves were kind and worked hard, the lack of accountability, poor communication, unresolved missing property, and poor customer service after the move completely overshadowed the positives. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend AAA Movers.

   VERY BAD COMPANY TO USE . OVERCHARGE ME TO MOVE IN THE NEXT BUILDING .

   THIS IS A VERY BAD COMPANY TO USED IF YOU ARE MOVING . THEY PUT A HOLE IN MY WALL AND DID NOTHING TO FIXED THE PROBLEM AS WELL AS DID NOT MOVE ALL OF MY ITEMS AT ALL . THEY CAME OUT TWICE TO MOVE MY ITEMS AND STILL DID NOT MOVE THEM ALL . I SENT THEM PICTURES OF WHAT THEY BEHIND AND SAID THAT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PACKED IN BOXES . WHICH THE GUY PROMISED ME THAT THEY WOULD HAVE BLANKETS AND BOXES . IF I NEEDED THEM . I HAD JUST HAD A TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT AND MY SON WAS IN TRAINING IN THE MILITARY SO I COULD NOT GET HIS HELP . THEY SENT ANOTHER CREW OUT AND THEY STILL DID NOT MOVE ALL OF MY FURNITURE . SO MY ADVICE TO ANYONE THAT NEED TO MOVE PLEASE LOOK UP THERE REVIEWS . THEY OVERCHARGE ME TO MOVE FROM A 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT TO THE VERY NEXT BUILDING . 2 THOUSAND DOLLARS PLUS 50.00 DOLLARS DEPOSIT . I WROTE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO PUT IN A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS COMPANY . PLUS I AM REACHING OUT TO MY LOCAL NEWS CHANNEL TO HAVE THEM TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER . PLEASE RUN ?‍♂️ FROM THIS COMPANY . THEY ARE NO GOOD . THEY TOOK THEIR TIME MOVING ME AND ALSO WENT ON BREAKS . . THEY PROMISED ME THAT IT WOULD BE A STRESS FREE MOVING EXPERIENCE . BUT IT WAS NOT THE CASE . IT WAS VERY STRESSFUL DEALING WITH THEM . I SHOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF GETTING HELP FROM MY FRIENDS , AND PAYING THEM . WITH A MEAL OF THEIR CHOICE . THATS HOW BAD IT WAS .
