   I would recommend them.

   Recently moved out of my condo and hired AAA Moving Group to assist me with moving a lot of larger stuff to storage. It was a bit of a last minute booking due to the elevators in my building but their office was happy to work with me to get a booking ready. My movers on the day of and they did a great job. They arrived with their truck on time and were very friendly. They got to work quick and were very careful with my stuff. Payment was easy and in line with the original quote. Overall experience was very satisfactory and I would recommend them.

   Extremely reliable company!!!

   Extremely reliable company. Very professional movers and took extra care of every personal item. Made move way less stressful and they moved at a very fast pace. Would use them again in the future and recommend to anybody who needs moving services.

   Outstanding customer service!!!

   Outstanding customer service each and every time we spoke to AAA Moving Group. The guys were great, worked like an unstoppable force but the weather (hottest day in September) and my stuff couldn’t stand in their way. I have worked in moving, cleaning and other labor intensive business and have seen people work hard but these guys from AAA Moving Group worked harder and smarter. I only worked with one crew for the move and they were the best crew. Showed up on time. Done earlier than estimated. No hidden costs, no funny business. Nothing broken. I hope to never move again, but if I do, I hope AAA Moving Group is available to move me again.

   They should be in jail

   If I could, I would give these criminals a -5 rating and I would file a criminal complaint. First, they overcharged for the move and the storage by about $3,500 which was after they had my stuff. Then when my things were delivered, 1/3 (or more) of my stuff was missing or broken. Approximately $7,500 worth of sound gear was missing (stolen) along with some personal items that are irreplaceable. They were polite before they picked my stuff up. But once I got to my new home and was ready for delivery, I made the call. That's when I got the surprise bill and incredibly rude agents who would just hang up on me unless I just shut up and paid the ransom. The basic insurance is paid out by the pound and is useless. The amount offered to me by insurance was $50. For easily $8k worth of missing/stolen items. If I could I would take them to court. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with in my 65 yrs. Be very afraid of these guys. Look them up in other reviews and at the BBB. They are not movers. They're brokers. The guys who delivered my stuff arrived in rental truck!!!

   Worst company ever no stars

   This company does not work for you. I needed my stuff pick up on the Mar 29th and they said they will be there on Mar 30th. Around mid day on the 30th they called to see if we still needed the 30 days free storage we signed up. We said yes and why are we asking this now and where is the movers? They messed up and would get back with us later. Around mid afternoon they got back with us and had movers coming from another state and would be there later in the evening. We had to accept this because we had to be out of house by the 31st. The movers got there around 9pm and took a look at what had to be loaded and raised the price by $3,500.00. The movers loaded our stuff on the 31st and gave us their contact info so we could let them know when and where to deliver our stuff. We called the movers and gave them our address and date we wanted our stuff. They quoted it could be up to 21 days after we contact them to delivery our stuff. I called Triple A and talked with them and gave them our address and date. They said it was out of their hands. We finally got our stuff a week after our date we asked for. I asked the supervisor at Triple A for some of my money back from their screw up and they refused to make it right. Contact the Attorney General in Florida and they are looking into the matter.

   This company refuses to call us or contacting us about all our stuff they picked up from Las Vegas, NV on July 11 SUPPOSEDLY to be delivered on the 8 th here it is the 12th no calls. No emails, nothing.We have called everyday since 8th. As much money as I paid this is unacceptable, contacting my lawyer today.

   RUN! Don't walk.....AWAY FROM this company.

   These positive reviews are a LIE! I was called ON my MOVING DAY and told there was no truck for me despite giving them $1,000 for a deposit weeks prior to my move date (I did get my deposit back). I ended up having to leave ALL of my belongings in a friends garage 3,000 miles away from my new home because they could not find a "carrier" in my area. The amount of stress I have experienced because of this company is off the charts. DO NOT be fooled. Find anther company that is actually recognized by the BBB and won't lie to you in order to make a buck.

   So far, not so good

   More than a month ago we booked movers to move us from California to Arizona. We interviewed several companies and my wife was assured that there would be no issues, it wouldn’t be canceled, etc. we were told our move date would be July 16 or 17 as a backup. It is currently the 15th. Our entire house is packed, even our kitchen. We were told by the moving company that they wouldn’t be here until next Wednesday. We are supposed to be out tomorrow, the new owners are going to be here Monday with their moving truck. My wife asks the moving company why they wouldn’t have checked all of this sooner and she was told “that’s not her job”. My wife went around and around with your company telling them(AAA) that nothing bad better happen and that we were quoted a cheaper rate, well your salesperson went on and on about how we better be careful with some of these other companies, a lot of times they don’t follow through. We have called twice now, the broker tells us it’s not their fault and the trucking company said it’s not theirs. What I know is I have a house full of stuff in boxes, no way to cook our food, or even eat it. The customer service from the trucking company is not great. We had to call them the day before our move was scheduled,at5pm, because nobody had reached out to us yet. We had a bad feeling when that happened that it wasn’t a good sign. I don’t know how this is going to end, but we will see.

   Liar Liar Liar!

   These people are not really movers. They are BROKERS. The price they quote you WILL NOT be the same as the actual moving company charges. They said someone would come out and confirm the quote. THEY DID NOT. We tried to contact them but could not contact them until the day before our moving day. On moving day this company said someone was on the way. Long story we were charged $4000 more!

    Terrible company. Do Not Use!!!!!

    Terrible service. Would not respond in a timely manner. Most times took over 2 weeks after I would leave multiple messages. They subcontract the move out to lowest priced mover. After going over my inventory twice with sales person, when movers showed up they loaded 1/4 of what was quoted and company did not take any responsibility for mistake other than we told them wrong. We told moving company to only pack what was quoted and it was 1/4 of inventory on quoted list. Later found out movers did not even fill truck up to allowed square foot allowed and would not reimburse me for their mistake. Ended up loading a 101"x26' enclosed trailer packed from nose of trailer to rear that was already quoted to be picked up by moving company. Original cost was $4800. Ended up paying over $13,000 for total move. Response I got from moving company was "What does it mater the cost, you have to move it any ways." When movers showed up with few things they held it ransom. I paid upfront like asked asked so no money was needed when they dropped off my stuff. They made me pay again. They also made me sign a document saying that I looked at my belongings and were ok before they would unlock truck for me to verify. I told them I would not sign until I saw my stuff as the document stated. Their response to both issues was they would come back and charge me another $3000. So I was forced to sign a paper and pay again in order to get my stuff and not get another $3000 bill. Tried this company because it has good reviews. They are fake. I ended up paying what a brand name moving company was going to charge me but I paid same amount with tons of headaches. Definitely do not use this cut rate company. I left multiple messages over 4 months ago and still have not got a response.
