   For driver service, Punctuality, and overall pricing as this was very competitive. The driver was very courteous and helpful and contacted me at every level of my furniture move. We would specifically request their services for the next move.

   Ace Movers moved me back in October. They did not show up on the day of the move after I had given them my deposit a month in advance. They caused me more money because I was on a day to day rent, Daryl Lumpkin the owner showed up with Movers the next morning charged me more money, refused to take all my things, my husband and I transported stuff in our vehicle, and on the way to new home they were pulled over by the police which took two hours longer to get my things to my house. The police said they would have towed the truck had I not been there with the movers with my furniture in it. One of the drivers was being used as a aliases to be armed and dangerous. Several cop cars showed up to get it straighten out, but all I was trying to do was move. Daryl Lumpkin charged me 150 more to my 325 originally quoted price and I went through all of that just to get moved. He called me apologizing and telling me and my husband he would send us a gift card but of course that was to keep me from making a review. I would not encourage anyone to use the company because they are not professional and he actually got in my husband face about the extra money. I usually don’t make reviews but this was unexceptional. AVIOD at all cause!
