   Best Moving Experience.

   I was having a hard time finding a moving company that would answer my phone calls, let alone give me a reasonably detailed quote. In fact 2 other moving companies I found were downright rude to me. Then I found Admiral Van Lines via a Google search, and I am so glad I did. The salesperson Andy on the phone was detail-oriented (I guess they use a software program for their estimations). He was clear, forthcoming, and followed up via email. He promised that the bill was based on the in/out time, and they don't round-up. I was skeptical at first, but there was something about his candidness and transparency that appealed to me. He called me again the day before to confirm the move across town. On the day of the move, the moving guys (Alex, Pata and Hus) arrived almost 20 minutes early. They were fairly low-key and professional (as much as muscular, sports-loving, strapping young men can be, at any rate). They wrapped/padded and loaded my property up with the necessary material to ensure that nothing would break. They drove off in the big-ass truck and arrived at the destination *LESS THAN 5 MINUTES* AFTER ME! Let that sink in for a minute, folks. After all, we're talking about a moving company, here. Without further ado, they checked out the house layout, then proceeded to offload our property with efficiency and care. Even though my wife and I sometimes accidentally misdirected them on item placement, they accepted the changes graciously and with ZERO GRUMBLING (at least within our earshot, hahaha). At the end, they marked the time accurately, and invoiced me for a cost that was slightly lower than the original estimate. I gave them the maximum recommended tip, and they seemed really grateful. But later on, my wife was like, you should have given a little more, because they were so hardworking and accommodating. In summary: the Admiral Van Lines salesperson AND their moving guys communicated honestly, fully and professionally.. they moved my belongings swiftly, were hardworking, and kept their promises. This is literally the most non-BS experience I've ever had with a moving company. Hopefully they keep up the good work, keep hiring good movers, and their positive reputation spreads. When I move again (because unfortunately I am in a rental), I will definitely call Admiral Van Lines and ask for Alex and his crew if they are still available. And next time I'll be sure to tip more than the recommended amount!

   Efficient and Affordable.

   I had a wonderful experience with this moving company! I was extremely nervous as I am on a very tight budget and could not afford for any hidden fees, but the people I spoke with seemed nice and I figured this was a good option. The movers arrived right on time, and got straight to work. They took all the precautions to ensure that my belongings would be safe in the move. They quickly arrived at my new home and began to unload all of my things and place them where I asked. I am very particular and maybe was a little picky with where things went, but the moving team was patient and I did not hear any complaining from them. In the end, the final price was almost exactly the quoted price (a little less!), and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Please, look no further than Admiral Van Lines when searching for your moving company.

   Good moving company.

   The best priced, most efficient, most responsible, and most professional movers in the entire state of New York and New Jersey that provides a 5 star service with a 5 star crew! Ahnad, Gid, Joe, & Alex were excellent! My review is highly credible due to the fact that I have experienced several moving companies related to moving numerous times from various states and countries. I also did extensive research and contacted other moving companies before deciding on Admiral Van Lines. Look no further as they truly are the best moving company available in the area to meet all of your needs and accommodate for your unique moving circumstances. I was highly impressed with their willingness to negotiate the best price while meeting my own special moving needs beyond my expectations within a 24 hour request. Their expertise in moving skills, proving clear communication, compassionate care, integrity, and reliability reflected in their work including arriving on time as promised. Each mover is extremely polite, respectful, has a strong work ethic, takes pride in their role, and has excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills. Additionally, each mover is multilingual and highly intelligent which is a major asset when you have your precious items in the care and hands of others. They moved my items more carefully and efficiency compared to all of the other moving companies I have used in the past. They took initiative by boxing up and removing each item from my storage unit and assembled all of my furniture quickly without any instructions at the new place. Very impressive! I can honestly say that Admiral Van Lines are the best moving company I have ever used. I know I made the right choice as evidence by the excellent moving experience I had today with them. I highly recommend Admiral Van Lines to anyone.

   Moving in Manhattan.

   I'm not review person and this is my first review ever on the site, but since Your site helped me find Admiral Van Lines, well, here I am. Plus, I loved Admiral Van Lines and would recommend them to everyone I know. Truly. After I landed a new apartment a few weeks ago, I couldn't decide what was worse: the idea of corralling all my friends into an all-day moving affair or paying who-knows-how-much for movers. I decided to take the plunge with movers, and picked Admiral Van Lines after reading all the positive reviews and looking at his Website, which clearly states prices, etc. I emailed Admiral Van Lines, and he responded later that day. We went back and forth on the amount of stuff to be moved for a 1-bedroom to another 1-bedroom. He gave me an estimate of $750 for 3 guys with a truck, and confirmed a Saturday appointment. His guys arrived exactly at 9 a.m. with furniture pads, straps for a heavy bookcase and a dolly truck. They got to work immediately carrying boxes to the truck, thanking me for being packed up. (I read moving web sites that said get everything you can into a box to speed things along.) They finished loading in, *gasp*, 2 hour and 30 minutes. At my new place, they were super careful with furniture around tight corners, asked me exactly where I wanted every piece of furniture and even plugged in my TV. I had some water and Gatorade on hand, and they were super polite and respectful the whole time, even noticing fresh grass clippings and looking around for a broom so they wouldn't track the grass into my new place. Oh, and they were done by 2 pm., unloading everything in 2 hour. With travel time to and from wherever they keep their truck, my total for three hours of their time was $ 750. Yeah, you read that right. It was under the estimate, even with tip. Honestly, I can't recommend these guys more. If you're wondering if you should get movers, do it. Spare your friends and go with Admiral Van Lines.

   5 star services.

   Admiral van lines definitely deserves a 5 star rating for the service they provide. For my move, I hired them purely on the basis of the quote they gave me, which was quite affordable. The crew was very efficient and they were in and out of my apartment in two hours time. I was very pleased to see all my things turning up right on the scheduled day. Did I mention none of my pieces were damaged? They really are the best movers in the country!

   It doesn't get any better.

   I have read many people complaining about how their valuables went missing during a move. Luckily, I faced nothing like that while Admiral van lines handled my move. The movers they sent were so experienced and extremely reliable. They packed everything efficiently and it come to fruition when they delivered each item unharmed to my new house. They didn't charge me a cent over the quote and in my book that is professionalism. I am smacked by how easy this move was. Or maybe I have very low standards!

   Nice Movers.

   I've moved a few times in the New York area and Admiral Van Lines has been the smoothest. It's a small thing, but the initial highlight was Frank emailing me a few days before the move to confirm the timing. I was actually about to call Admiral Van Lines the same evening to confirm, and he beat me to it. I appreciate the diligence. My wife and I ended up *mostly* packing our own stuff, but still had ~5-6 boxes of assorted junk in closets and also needed help with furniture, TVs, fragile glass shelves, pictures, etc. This was not an issue - the crew was happy to load the boxes we packed and had all my random junk packed into new boxes before I knew it. Our movers were speedy, polite, and a lot of fun. They clearly enjoy their job and worked well together with joking and good-natured banter which had me laughing along with them throughout the morning. They were also respectful of our space, going out of their way to ask permission to use the restroom in both the apartment and the new house. The crew emptied my apartment of our pre-packed boxes so quickly it was breath-taking, and got our furniture wrapped in blankets just as quickly. All told it took maybe 4 hours to load a (very crowded) 1000 sq.ft apartment. They got to our new house very quickly and performed some minor wizardry getting the moving truck onto our small driveway after a tight turn onto the private road we share with a few other houses. I had been stressing about where they'd put the truck - for no reason, it turns out, because they managed just fine. The crew unloaded in maybe 2 hours and were very patient with our uncertainty of where to put certain boxes and pieces of furniture. We asked them to switch the rooms of a dresser and a desk and they did so cheerfully and without complaining. They even set up my bed frame and mattress/box spring in the master bedroom, which is a first for my moves (I usually end up re-assembling the frame myself). They also set up my glass entertainment center (removable shelves), when in the past I've had to put the shelves back in myself. One of the guys was concerned because one of the shelves seemed loose and went out of his way to let me know, which was appreciated - turns out that the securing bolt had just fallen on the floor nearby and been missed. I would call that going above and beyond with rectifying a mistake with integrity, and great customer service. I did not feel the need to call in afterwards. The second "hiccup" is that the crew was about ten minutes late. This didn't bug me much because (sadly?) I'm used to it. However, when it came time to pay, Ahmad noted on the form that the move hadn't started until 8:15 and they were not billing me for the lost time, and that he wanted to apologize for the tardiness. I had completely forgotten that 8 hours ago they had been just a little late (we finished ahead of when I expected, anyway, even with the short delay), and I was impressed with the honesty. I would not have been shocked if another company had just claimed the move started as scheduled and left it up to me to deal with it. Admiral Van Lines is clearly a company that puts a premium on customer satisfaction and doing business with integrity. Moving can suck, but Admiral Van Lines will make sure you do it quickly and with a friendly, helpful crew.

   Fast and perfect.

   We moved three times in the past three years, and Admiral Van Linesis by far the best experience I've had. These guys are FAST, careful, respectful, and have definitely earned their 5-star rating. I hired them based on their positive reviews and I'm happy to add my own. I asked for a quote for a full pack and one without packing, hoping that I could come in somewhere in between (trying to save a buck here and there by packing some small items myself). They assured me that even if I made a reservation based on a full pack, it would be no problem to do work myself ahead of time and let them know before the move date so they could adjust the crew size if necessary. For our two bedroom townhouse, they sent a group of 4 movers, which is more than I've had on any of my other moves (where the other companies only sent 2). They were able to split off into different rooms and get the remaining packing and loading done faster than I've ever seen. When they arrived at the new house they unloaded and reassembled the furniture even more quickly. The best part: the final cost was *significantly* less than the original estimate. Part of that is due to me knocking out a time-consuming room like the kitchen myself, but the final cost was even lower than their without-packing estimate, even considering that they did pack a significant amount of items. These guys are the definition of under-promising and over-delivering, and if I ever have to move again, Admiral Van Lines will have the job.

   Excellent job.

   Admiral Van Lines is Absolutely the BEST! Don't waste your time with others, if you can schedule with these guys! Mario and his crew came at 8:30 AM, and my 3 bdrms worth of furniture and boxes was loaded, driven over 1 hour to my new house, and unloaded by 5 PM. This has got to be some kind of record!! I did spend some money getting pre move help with packing my boxes, and I did take multiple trips with my loaded SUV to my new house. All boxes were marked with their room destination as well, so I was pretty organized. I also purged a bit as there are items for Salvation Army to Pick up still here at my old house. Admiral Van Lines completely filled their 24 ft truck and actually I do have a couple more trips to make as there were a couple items that wouldn't fit in the truck, but they only left a few light items for me. Admiral Van Lines were fast, fair, and actually didn't even stop to eat lunch because the one guy was in a hurry! And they were very careful going through the doorways. Don't think they scratched any walls either. I admittedly got a really great deal here. There is a reason for the many positive reviews! Thank you guys! Its nice to know there are still honest people doing business!! Many, MANY blessings to you!

    Efficient and Professional.

    Disclaimer: I have been in NYC for 11 years now and have moved roughly 5 times due to schooling and/or just wanting to try out different areas of the city so its safe to say I have ALOT of experience when it comes to moving! With that being said, Admiral Van Lines is by far ONE OF THE BEST moving company in the city to work with when dealing with this stressful process. From requesting the quote to the final moments of them completing the job, Ahmat (the foreman) and his team were incredibly professional, fair in pricing, an overall great group of men, and I had an awesome experience! (Note: I have NEVER before said moving was awesome so this is a first :) He brought a team of three and they did amazing work, didn't go a minute over the time that was suggested even though it would have been totally understandable . They know what they are doing and it completely shows. Not one piece of furniture was harmed or scratched and when someone mentions "going the extra mile" I will now be reminded constantly of this company. My significant other and I took some extra cards because they will now be our moving company for the rest of the time while in the city and we plan to pass the word on to our friends/family! #Professional #FairPricing #Efficient # VeryNicePeople #Awesome.
