   Great move, best movers in Chicago.

   I recently moved from Barrington, IL to St Pete Beach, FL and had an excellent experience with Advantage Moving & Storage. From the first phone call to the last box of our belongings being taken off the truck, it was a pleasure. I would highly recommend Advantage Moving to anyone who is looking to move locally or from one state to another state. My salesperson Chuck and my move coordinator, Carmen were very professional, keeping me updated every step of the way! My family's items were very well taken care of. Advantage Moving even provided FREE boxes for us to pack with, and they heavily protected both of our homes so no damage would occur. I would say Advantage is one of the best movers in Chicago. All the way from their drivers to office people I'd rate the at the top!

   Terrible service, poor communication, nightmare move.

   If you value integrity, your personal safety, proper handling of your personal property, being treated with respect, good customer service, and contractual guarantees, DO NOT USE Advantage Movers or North American Van Lines who support them. I could say so much more of the nightmare that working with Advantage Movers has caused. One month later and I am overwhelmed still dealing with chaos that was created by their lack of care, impersonal service and very poor communication.
