Unprofessional
I Would Not Recommend At ALL… My dresser was damaged. My bed was missing pieces. Empty tape/shrink wrap rolls left on the floor. Items that should have been wrapped was not. This was a HORRIBLE Move.

Do Not Use.
The company damaged my 32" LCD tv and here it is almost 2 months later I am still seeking a replacement from this company. They claim that my tv has depreciated in value and will only pay 20% of the depreciated value, $104.86. None of this information was listed on any document signed prior to and at the time of the move. I have only requested an appropriate amount to purchase a similar tv, if not the same, which costs $300. I must mention after the damage of my item and the verbal altercation by the staff members, my move was abruptly canceled, thus leaving me to find another moving company last minute (the move with this company was planned more than 1 month in advance). FYI.. .they have updated their website to include depreciation rates after the damage to my item. Coincidentally, the depreciation rate of a 32" tv has been posted to explain the formula used to calculate the reimbursement rate. I have attached before and after pictures of my TV. .

My first choice.
In the pass I have had the worst luck with movers. This company has proven that because you have a couple bad experiences doesn't mean all movers are the same. The movers were on time friendly very hard workers and polite. The movers followed me to my new home and unloaded quickly. The price I quoted did not change and that's a miracle with movers. The best part is I didn't have to do anything. My next move will be booked with All Around Moverz.
