   Throughly traumatizing

   • Allard sent two trucks, upon arrival the movers requested payment, we asked for two invoices since truck #2 was still missing. The first item to come off of truck #1 was a brand new Pottery Barn crib, completely destroyed only followed by 3 TV's also destroyed and a mirror was broken by the movers while moving other furniture inside. When the second truck arrived, again, the movers refused to unload our items until we paid our invoice. We were apprehensive to pay given the extensive damage to items on truck #1 but Allard Send held our items hostage until payment was received. Once again, furniture did not come off of that truck, garbage did. Services that were paid for were not provided. • We paid Allard send for a service that included 4 movers, I learned recently (from their own crew) that one of the 3 "movers" sent for our pick up does not even work for the company, so we only had 3 movers. They sent someone to my home and allowed them to move our furniture that is not an employee of Allard Send. I have this on surveillance. • We paid Allard send for a service that included delivering our furniture, you did not deliver furniture, you delivered garbage - that now needs to be thrown away. They did not abide by your contract. • We paid Allard send to arrive on 9am July 30th, truck #1 arrived at 10am on July 31st and 4:30pm on July 31st. They did not abide by your contract. • We paid Allard send to guide us, as customers, in a way that would keep our personal belongings safe in transit. Wardrobe boxes were requested and never received. Wardrobe boxes aside, our sales rep confirmed over the phone that we did not need TV boxes,he did not confirm that we needed a box for our maps. You did not abide by your contract. o Our Sales rep failed to mention how careless his crew would be with our things and failed to suggest additional coverage over the phone. • Google reviews for Allard send are fake and will be immediately reported to the Better Business Bureau and Department of Consumer Protection since they are falsely advertising the validity and quality of Allard Send's services. Yelp reviews are painting a much more accurate picture of your services. Per the quality of all of our furniture and electronics, wrapped, unwrapped, boxed or unboxed, there seems to be no difference or nothing that could have been done to prepare for the sheer lack of care or professionalism your company offers. The damage to our items across the board is alarming, extensive and disturbing.
