   Great removal service

   Allen & Young did a great move for me from Willesden to Hampstead. Everything was neatly stowed into the van and unpacked and reassembled at the other end. Efficient and friendly team. Good value too. Highly recommended.

   HOUSE CLEARANCE AND REMOVAL

   We used Allen & Young to clear unwanted items before a house move and the used them for the removal. Kelvin provided a price for the job and give us some invaluable information to help things go to plan. The teamof 3 arrived onsite on time and were very polite and did a great job on the clearance and worked really hard. As agreed they arrived ontime to complete the removal, again very polite and professional. Everything went to plan and they made the whole process as painless as possible.Kelvin and his 2 colleagues are a credit to Allen & Young and I would not hesitate to use them again.

   A completely stress-free move to St Albans!

   We recently used Allen and Young Removals for our move from Hendon to St Albans, and I cannot recommend them enough. We opted for a two-day service with packing on the first day and the move on the second, which made the entire process incredibly relaxed. The team was professional, friendly, and treated our belongings with the utmost respect. The packing was thorough and everything arrived safely. It honestly felt like a care-free experience, which is rare for moving houses. If you want a smooth, professional move, go with Allen and Young.

   At short notice, Kelvin provided us with his guys who were considerate, helpful and hard working to move furniture in advance of room redecoration and take away unwanted items. A major headache wiped away in a morning! Highly recommended.

   Outstanding and efficient team

   Kelvin and his team did a fabulous job and were hard working, friendly and extremely efficient. Faced with some difficult circumstances, they continued to be professional throughout the day and stayed late, with no fuss, to make sure the job was done in one day. Moving house can be very stressful but they turned it into a fun day! Kelvin was recommended to me by a good friend and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the future. I will only ever use Allen & Young for any future removals.

   Exceptionally good service

   We are absolutely delighted to have found Allen & Young. Kelvin was efficient, courteous, helpful and professional from the outset. No difficult web forms to complete. He was able to assess our needs from simply talking them through. There was no unnecessary communication or harassment, simply an agreement with follow up confirmation. This was such a relief after the stress we had experienced from other companies. On the day, Kelvin and Andy turned up punctually and showed consummate knowledge and care in the way they handled all the furniture. They gave us an expected time of arrival and confirmed a more exact time when they were nearer our house. My daughter, who received them, reported that the men were lovely. They carefully sorted and placed things where asked, making the chairs look as though they had always belonged and ensuring items stowed in the hall and garage were treated just as carefully. When we returned home after a terrible journey, we nearly cried with gratitude at what a good job Kelvin and Andy had done. Throughout the process, Allen & Young were gentle, polite, supportive and understanding. We would recommend them very highly indeed.

   Packing up house, removals and storage

   A very professional service - they packed up my entire house, sorted out storage, dealt with removals and then my complicated phased returns as building work was completed in different bits of the house. They were meticulous in taking care of fragile items, all the boxes were clearly labelled identifying contents and which room. Friendly, helpful, efficient, hardworking, experienced, and value for money. I needed different parts of the house packed at different times, storage over a long period and part returns at various stages over a 9 month period. I strongly recommend them - Kelvin, Andy and the team are very good at their job. They took all the stress out of a difficult time. Cheerful, always happy to deal with any awkward requests, I cannot fault them. If I ever need to move again, Kelvin is the first person I will call.

    Great job!

    Very professional service, I used the packing plus moving services and they were very reliable, careful and efficient. They handled all the big furniture by dismantling and reassembling, with great expertise. Very recommended
