   Nice guys

   Used America's Finest Moving for my first solo move and they made it easier than expected. They explained everything clearly and took extra care with fragile pieces. A slight mix-up with labeling some boxes, but nothing got lost. The crew even helped rearrange furniture at the new place. Felt well taken care of throughout.

   Everything went mostly smooth with this team. They wrapped up my furniture securely and handled items with care. The movers were respectful and communicated well. One piece of furniture had a small chip, but it was noted. Overall, they made the process far easier than I expected. I'd definitely consider using them again.

   Can’t thank them enough

   Had to move out of my apartment after a breakup and wasn’t in the best headspace, but the guys really helped more than they probably know. They were kind without being weird about it, moved everything fast, and didn’t complain once. Honestly, it was the one part of that week that didn’t suck. Can’t thank them enough.

   Couldn’t have done it without them

   I had to relocate with only a few days' notice, and these movers came through like champions. They didn’t just show up—they showed up prepared. The team worked with purpose and stayed upbeat the whole time. They handled every item with care. It was smooth from the first box to the last. I couldn’t have done it without them.

   Focused crew

   No delays, no nonsense. Just a focused crew that cared. My instructions were followed to the letter. I didn’t have to repeat myself once. Wrapping was snug and secure. They showed pride in their work. Can’t say enough good things.

   Lack of Integrity, Poor Communication

   Overall, a pretty bad experience. In brief: Inaccurate price estimate, strong-armed into a huge price increase, long turn-over time for delivery, and very poor communication. Whole story: The biggest offense was day of my move at the pick-up location, the job manager informed me that the actual cost of my move was going to be $988 over the price estimate they had drafted for me weeks prior. When asked what caused the discrepancy, he mumbled about square footage miscalculations. I assured him the load estimate I gave to the receptionist who drafted the price estimate was reasonably accurate. He said he would look into that but they wouldn't go forward with my move unless I approved payment for the extra grand. I had already sunk a $600 deposit into them and flew across country to arrange this pick up, so I approved it with intentions to follow up with the manager later. The workers did a good job carefully packing everything. It took them 4.5 hours to pack the contents of my 10x8x10 storage locker into the truck. Good thing to know which was not made explicit to me beforehand; they don't move liquids, propane, or live plants. It took them 12 days (9 business days) to move my load 995 miles. During which time I received no communication from them regarding the whereabouts of my load, status of my delivery, or to schedule a delivery day and time until 8pm the evening before they wanted to arrive. I'm glad I happened to be available the next morning because it's an extra $500 if you're not available when the truck arrives. I've only managed to unpack about a quarter of my load and so far the majority of items have been in good condition, although a handful of boxes have arrived upside-down leading to a few minor casualties. I attempted three times to follow up with the manager regarding the extra thousand dollar charge and have not received a response two weeks later.
