   EXCELLENT - I will never use another company again.

   Dorian, Ernest and Murph were amazing!! Moving is stressful enough and these guys took away so much of that stress!! They wrapped all of my furniture and used blankets to cover them. They made sure everything was packed in tight and would not move. I have a lot of delicate items that were my grandmothers and was worried about moving them. After seeing how the guys packed my delicate items and loaded them, my stress level went waaaay down. The movers showed up on time, dressed professionally and had a professional manor. Like a well oiled machine they were very knowledgeable with working with each other and everyone knew their role. This made my move fast and efficient. Kudos to you Americas Most Reliable Movers thank you for the wonderful experience I will defiantly be call you again.

   Beware!

   This was not my first move with movers, however it was my worst experience. It took more time for 3 guys to move my small amount of items (1 bedroom) than it did 2 guys in my previous moves. 3 hours total, should have been done in 2 hours based on my previous moves with more items. They provided my with a two hour window for them to arrive and start loading my things. 15 minutes before that two hour time slot ended, I received a call letting me know the 3 movers had the truck and were dropping items off at the dump and would arrive 30 after the two hour time slot. At 11:30 I received a call from one of the 3 movers stating that they were on their way. An hour after the two hour time slot they originally provided the movers showed up in an unmarked truck that looks like it was rented. I called over a month in advance to schedule this move, why I am waiting for your movers to take items to the dump?  During the move out of the old location I experienced the following:  took a smoke break during time I was paying for, showed up with a truck too small for the move and took an extra 45 minutes reloading only to shove items in the truck damaging most of my items. Once they arrived at the drop off location, they were careless - dropping boxes, furniture, walking on the couch pillows, breaking the thermostat in my condo. Even after I said don’t deliver through the patio door but the front door –  they decided to do it anyway..  A summary:  poor planning, careless, stressful, unprofessional, and lack of concern for instructions or my things.  As they were completing the unload at my condo, I could hear them outside of my patio unprofessionally talking about how they don’t understand why I am upset because my stuff (another inappropriate word was used) was moved, etc. This is a condo association. I had to be approved to move in, this was a complete embarrassment to me and I was concerned that my neighbors would hear them. At the end of the move, I disputed the cost for the extra hour. They felt I should pay for their poor planning and did not feel they should be responsible for any damages. They were also argumentative regarding the events that occurred (extremely unprofessional). I finally agreed on payment amount they wanted to get them to leave the property. I decided to absorb cost of any damages to prevent any further contact with anyone at the moving company as they only wanted to argue the facts and not resolve the issues.  After receiving payment, owner harassed persons not involved with the move at the pickup location as well as the new location for details that had nothing to do with them. Never once contacting me after the event via phone or email to correct this situation. Moving is stressful enough, using this moving company tripled the stress along with additional cost not planned for.
