   I have used BEK for a previous move 2 years ago and was so impressed that I hired them to love me from MO to FL. The young men that loaded the truck and drove to Florida and then unloaded it was professional, courteous, and proficient. Dolan and Donovan was careful with all my personal things and I can’t express how happy I was with this company. You get what you pay for and they care about making sure you are a satisfied customer.

   The team leader, Dolan, is a real asset to your company. He led his crew, Mason, Tyler, Clayton, Jordan and Justin, in a very efficient way. They were all courteous and careful with our belongings, and put things exactly where we wanted them. We couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience!

   Terrible service

   We had BEK move our items from Mo to Al. They lost items, damaged items and couldn’t fit all my items on two trucks as quoted. They caught my stove on fire. They refuse to pay. They’re contract says they replace items yet they won’t. They’ve sent me a generic cease and dissent order to scare me. I would never recommend them. They’re out of St Louis, Mo. My kitchen table is damaged, my entertainment center is damaged. An antique table broke. My settee is all scratched up. Our couch is badly damaged. We’re missing our vacuum and tools along with a galvanized trash can. They took apart shelves from my sewing room and left them in a thousand pieces. No way could we put them back together. Our Weber Gas grill is missing its inside pieces . They told me upon arrival to pack the trucks I needed to start thinking of things I could live without. I didn’t get to take my white wicker porch furniture because it wouldn’t fit. They brought in a van for overflow and two trucks. When they arrived in AL they didn’t bring the van. They overcharged me $1,000 to transport my car. Right away Erik sent my deposit back. It was $2300 because I had already paid it once. I spoke to two owners and said I wanted $5,000 for damages and to replace items. It will cost me more than that. They refused and told me to have a nice evening.
