These people suck!!
My experience with Black Tie Moving Services LLC movers was the worst of any business I've ever dealt with; they damaged some of my belongings, misplaced others, and wasted both my time and money. Under no circumstances should you collaborate with them.

The worst company interaction. Please be wary of this fraudulent company and don't trust them. They collect money up front and never reimburse you; they don't actually transfer you. Keep away your valuables from this company.

Super frustrating experience
We scheduled a straightforward relocation of our unit. The movers said there were actually twice as much cubic feet to be carried when they got there. When we called the customer service line, they were unhelpful and actually took the driver's side. They were unable to explain how their assessment could be so inaccurate. I wouldn't use them again or suggest them to others.

Terrible communication on important matters!
Despite us being completely frank and honest about our location, belongings, and interactions with Black Tie Moving Services LLC customer support, we ended up paying more over $11,000 more than our original estimate (two walkthroughs provided identical cubic foot estimates prior to move day when the foreman arrived and insisted, we had significantly more). They employed deceptive pricing practices, increasing prices when we were left with little choice but to comply.
