   This was my email feedback to Britannia Beckwith - Hi Cameron I wanted to take the opportunity to say a massive thank you for what was a seamless move from Sussex to Bath. Andy & Jay are absolutely fantastic and are the type of people you want to be ambassadors for any company and really are a credit to your firm. Not forgetting Derren and Jamie too.    House Move

   We used Britannia Beckwith for a move to Oxfordshire which was spread over three days and handled by two terrific gentlemen, Chris and Will. They were polite, thoughtful and considerate - as well as being complete professionals when it came to loading and unloading. They faced a few problems but these were always overcome with a cheerful “can do” approach. They certainly took the stress out of our move. Highly recommended!

   Brilliant from start to finish!

   We used Britannia Beckwith for our recent move. We had a lot of stuff - as one does with two kids and a dog - including swing set, trampoline and mid sleeper beds that all needed to be dismantled and reassembled at the other end. The guys worked tirelessly with humour and courtesy from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble (not even my wife who kept changing her mind as to where our furniture should go). I cannot fault Dave and his team who moved us and am grateful to them for the care and effort they put in to make our move that little bit less stressful! I would highly recommend Britannia Beckwith.

   Move locally in Eastbourne

   An extremely courteous, helpful and skilled team. They took great care over everything. We had the packing service and all our goods were securely dispatched. The transport was modern. We moved to our new house which had light coloured carpets. The crew took great care - especially when it started to rain. Dismantled beds were expertly reassembled and furniture delivered to the correct rooms. The crew had good team spirit.

   Excellent service. Came and packed with care. Next day loaded up and did the move. One big truck completely full. Had to await keys so worth taking the option of that extra few hours. No breakages and 90 boxes collected for return.

   I was really pleased with the service received from Britannia Beckwith. The price was very competitive and on the day the team could not have been more helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and they remained cheerful despite having to hang around for a few hours to move in to the new property . Would highly recommend.

   House move

   We used Britannia Beckwith for our move from East Sussex to Mid Sussex. Although our move date changed a couple of times the removal firm were able to accommodate our requirements. The employees on the day before (pre-packing) and on the day of the move were all excellent. They were efficient, courteous and careful all day. Given that a couple of weeks later we are still unpacking boxes we are so glad we chose a company to help with our move and feel Britannia Beckwith were excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a house move.

   Moving from Sussex to Oxfordshire

   Beckwith Brighton managed this long-distance removal over three days. The local team managed the packing very efficiently on day one and got to our new home the next day. Unfortunately Britannia Oxfordshire were not able to provide the team to start the unpacking that day; they arrived early the following day and completed on day 3 as planned. Everything arrived safely and the crew were happy to move furniture to a different room when we changed our mind!

    Poor service

    Having used this company a few years ago and finding them excellent I decided to use them again. The service this time was extremely poor, the attitude of the site manager was rude, dismissive and everything was a problem. They didn't deliver on the service paid for, beds were not dismantled and reassembled as paid for, garden furniture was not moved as paid for as they decided on the day they didn't have room so we had to do it ourselves. There was pressure to sign the documentation (they waited until my husband had left to collect some nuts and bolts for the beds that they had not deconstructed properly at the old property) despite being dissatisfied by the service. I complained to the management but to date I have not had any response. Items were not placed in the correct rooms and many chips to items on inspection after. Most of the time I felt we were an imposition when they moved us from West Sussex to East Sussex despite having paid a significant sum for their service. Avoid, this company charges high and delivers low, a real shame as they used to be great.
