   Excellent communication & service

   Britannia have been brilliant to deal with compared to many other companies I unfortunately dealt with for overseas transport. Having had 2 business totally fail us Britannia were in place to receive our good in the UK and the communication and service was excellent through out. All dates we're clearly set in advance and met without fail. Highly recommend!

   Great removal company

   Couldn’t fault the service, arrived promptly, loaded van quickly, very helpful with items we hadn’t packed (TV, computer etc), went round and checked everything before we left. Unpacked quickly, put furniture exactly where needed. Really great staff the whole way through. Thank you!

   Very good experience

   Very professional team - they couldn’t have been more helpful from the initial survey, to packing, to the move itself. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone moving house. They worked hard to make sure I was moved in before Christmas.

   Excellent service during a stressful time

   The care and attention given by the whole team throughout our move, especially by Jordan, was absolutely brilliant. Moving house is always a stressful time, and mum was very anxious and overwhelmed about the whole thing. Jordan took time to connect with mum and put her at ease. I couldn’t believe he actually kept her smiling and even laughing, throughout the whole thing. Nothing was too much trouble for all of the team. They were courteous, helpful and respectful to mum. Whenever I asked for something to be done, it was dealt with. I quickly felt I could trust them to remember what was needed to go where and how we wanted things done. They managed to move all the furniture and mums precious items so smoothly, I really don’t know how they managed it. Special thanks to Jordan, who both mum and I felt went the extra mile to make it as easy and stress-free as possible for us. I can honestly say this was the best level of service I have ever received, completely exceeding my expectations

   Removals for an elderly family member

   Britannia did 2 removals for us recently- one load from elderly relatives to my house and another to their new home. On both occasions the staff were extremely professional, carefully wrapping & packing items and very polite. Each time I got a call from the office to check that all was going smoothly- overall a very impressive service and I would definitely recommend them.

   When moving is being made easy

   I am so grateful for Britannia! I had to Move with very little notice and I was given the slot that worked best for this to happen. They came, saw and packed my whole house and moved me to my new place. It was a done seamlessly and all the furniture was set up as I wanted to. This is my second time using them and I warmly recommend them They’re professional and kind and some are even funny!

   Excellent team who settled down to work with great efficiency and care. They knew exactly what they were doing and didnt waste any time but were chatty and pleasant.    Moving south

   We had a great team from Britannia to move us from Birmingham to Hampshire. The team were friendly, polite and professional. Due to the distance we had to spread the move over Friday to Monday, but received advance warning both days of when to expect them , Special mention to Ben and Mark who worked super hard both days.

    Moving day

    The guys who came and packed everything for us at such shirt notice. They were very professional, explained everything to us, and treated all our goods with care. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They delivered our goods the next day early so we could start unpacking. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is moving. Thank you guys.
