   We hired them for a long-distance move, and they definitely exceeded our expectations, as it was our first time using them. They gave us a detailed list of all the items, labeled them room by room, and even color-coded boxes. It helped me to move into a new house so quickly!

   The persons leading the crew were very good at setting expectations. Before loading, he strolled around the house with me, identified existing damage to our older furniture, and recorded it on the inventory sheet. This transparency ensured there was no room for misinterpretation or conflict at the end of the day.

   The team got me a long way with my move. They contributed by packing the remaining kitchen items and strong boxes for plates and glassware. It took a little extra time to unpack, as a couple of items had not-so-clear labels on the boxes. However, it did not break, and the movers were extremely diligent.

    Today was a long day of moving, packing and unpacking, loading and unloading trucks, and packing and unpacking furniture, appliances, storage boxes and many small things. The householders did not lose their concentration from the first room to the last box. They filled their furniture with blankets, their heavy boxes with dollies, and their heavy straps in the truck. They maintained a positive attitude and were careful even after several hours. All went well, and the transition was well-managed.
