   Helpfulness.

   I have been a storage customer of Cadogan Tate for many years and recently needed to extract some stuff from my container. I found Cadogan Tate and absolute pleasure to deal with to make the arrangements and felt they genuinely put my needs first and could not do enough to help me.

   Moving in London.

   The team arrived to find the lift out of order which would slow the move down since my flat was on the 4th and 5th floors. Nonetheless the packing and moving process began and part way through another crew turned up to lend a hand. Thankfully the lift was fixed in time for larger items to be moved. All told a good experience so thanks to the whole team from Derek who did the initial survey, Ryan for coordinating and Andy and team for the actual hard work!

   Very Pleased With International Move.

   Very pleased with the service of Cadogan Tate from the quotation to delivery by their service partner in Canada. The packing and moving of furniture and large works of art under very difficult building access conditions in central London was handled professionally and cheerfully by the Cadogan Tate team. I was proactively kept informed as my possessions were placed in storage then shipped at my request from London to western Canada in 6 weeks. Some extra charges as my service needs unfolded (length of storage; access at the delivery location) but nothing that was a surprise or excessive.

   Moved locally the content of a 3 bedroom house. All set up in 2 weeks time, from survey to delivery. Very polite, efficient and competent moving crew. Will use them again.

   Intra-London Move.

   We had a relatively straightforward move between flats in different London neighbourhoods, and Cadogan Tate handled it without a hitch. Nothing was broken (or even damaged) and the team showed up precisely on time. I think it’s a great service for the price and would not hesitate to use them again.

   Removals and storage.

   Cadogan Tate were very responsive and communicative in preparing our quotation and booking in the move. The movers on the day were extremely polite, careful and efficient, and completed the move much more quickly than we anticipated. The service start to finish was effortless, we will be using them again and would highly recommend them.

   Great Service, highly recomended.

   Moving a home after 45 years to three different delivery addresses is potentially problematic. The solution was to have only two packers working for 5 days so that I could supervise the packing and clarify what was going where. The house was filled to the brim with furniture and a lifetime of belongings. Draws were packed with paperwork and long forgotten items. The challenge was enormous, but the Cadogan Tate team met the challenge and delivered to the three addresses the right boxes, well done. The two packers were helpful, polite, courteous and always willing. Highly recommended.

    This is a dreadful company. They billed me for the cost of transporting my belongings from storage to Switzerland but then failed to deliver the items. This is after I had booked a flight and hotel and was in Switzerland waiting for the delivery. Although the company has admitted liability they have not paid me back the transport fee but instead continued to bill me for storage fees. . Once I had managed to get my belongings out of storage they still continued to bill me for storage fees. My emails are ignored, as are my phone calls. The move-ordinator, Sam Morgan, has been near useless as have the rest of the management. I have been trying to get my money back for 6 months but to no avail. This company treats the customer with contempt. I have since used Bolliger & Tanzi and they are great.
