   My move was so smooth, and I got an excellent experience with them. The movers who came were so professional in their work. They know what to do and how to do it. They packed us in only 3 hours. Most importantly, everything arrived in my new place safe and sound! They were great with putting boxes into the correct room and reassembling furniture exactly. I highly recommend it to them

   Extremely Unprofessional: Wall Damage, Hidden Fees, and Aggressive Beh

   DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had used this company on April 16, 2026, to move from Poway to Del Mar. The two movers were hard workers at the time, even though the manager was difficult. Because of those movers, I hired them again on August 25, 2026, for a move from Del Mar to Solana Beach. This second experience was an absolute nightmare. Property Damage & Aggressive Conduct: Two hours into the move, I noticed a fresh 10-inch scratch on a wall that had been freshly painted just 4 months prior. When I pointed it out, the mover aggressively denied it, raised his voice, and screamed at me in my own home. When I sent photos of the damage to their office right away, management completely ignored me to avoid taking responsibility. Surprise Charges & Shady Pricing: At the end of the move, the bill came out to over $1,350. On top of the agreed $109/hr rate total 8:15, truck fee $75, and materials $50, they tried to add an undisclosed "overweight fee" for my massage chair that was never mentioned during booking. Extortion Tactics: The mover then tried to negotiate, claiming he would drop the bogus massage chair fee only if I tipped them 20%. He showed me a quick total of $1,040 on his phone screen and refused to send me a digital invoice to review before I paid. I ended up paying $1,250 in cash just to get them to leave, expecting my initial $100 deposit to be refunded later. Zero Customer Service: When I texted the sales manager, Mike, asking about my $100 deposit refund, he was argumentative, rude, and unhelpful. This company uses hidden fees, refuses to take accountability for property damage, and treats clients with complete disrespect. Save yourself the stress—do not use them!

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! S&D IS ALSO CALI MOVING & STORAGE! THEY TRIED TO SCAM MY SON OUT OF $700 TO MOVE A QUEEN BED, A DRESSER, A NIGHT STANDAND 2 BOXES!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STATS IF I COULD!!!! THEY QUOTED HIM $352!!! THEY TOOK AN HOUR AND 6 MINUTED AFTER LOADING TO MAKE IT TO MY SONS NEW APT. WHICH WAS ONLY 17 MINUTES AWAY!!! TTHE OWNER MIKHEL WAS RUDE RACIST AND DISRESPECTFUL!!! HE KEPT CALLING US "YOU PEOPLE"! THEY TRIED TO HIT MY SON WITH THEIR TRUCK WHEN HE BLOCKED THEM FROM LEAVING WITH HIS STUFF!!! WE HAD TO CALL THE POLICE AND THE POLICE MADE THEM RETURN TO THE APT. THE POLICE OFFICERS TOLD THEM THAT WAS PREDATORY FOR THEM TO CHARGE $352 AND TRY TO EXTORT $700!! THE POLICE GAVE US THEIR INFO AND OFFERED TO BE OUR WITNESSES IF WE GO TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT!!!! THEN THE LOW-DOWN DIRTY OWNER MIKHEL HAD THE AUDACITY TO CALL ME THE NEXT DAY TO APOLOGIZE AFTER I TOLD HIS DIRTY ASS ABOUT ALL OF THE CALIFORNIA LEGAL COMPLAINTS I WOULD BE FILING AGAINST HIM AND ALLLLL OF HIS FAKE BUSINESS NAMES!! HE IS USED TO SCAMMING PEOPLE AND NOBODY DOING ANYTHING! BUT I AM THE WRONG ONE MIKHEL! I AM GOING TO DO EVERYTHING LEGALLY WITHIN MY POWER TO MAKE SURE YOU DONT TO THIS TO OTHER PEOPLE'S KIDS OR FAMILY!!! NEXT STOP, CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS!! AFTER THAT I HAVE A LEGAL SURPRISE
