   Do not use

   Booked a small move with Robert. Cancelled two weeks before. I was refused my deposit back of $650. Told me it’s too bad they never refund customers. Rude and non helpful. It’s a brokerage not actually moving company.

   Nightmare

   I would never hire these people, Do not hire! don't recommend at all, nightmare if you start hiring them. we move from Toronto to Boston, the sales person giving supper good price, that's how I got trap! once they pick up the item, wait untill passed to the border, that is how they start to asking more and more money... and all the future in them hands, then, you do not have much choose,.... Nightmare start unstill you paid thefull payment!

   Moving from Ontario to New Brunswick

   Rob was good to deal with to a point i had to call him to get a pickup date at which time he put me on to a company in Montreal i told Transcontinental Moving Services i needed a 26 foot truck they insisted i only needed a 20 foot truck because i only had a one bedroom apt. told him we had sold our apt. building and had more than the contents of one bedroom he said he did not have a 26 footer but would accomodate us they showed up 6.30 at night to load up they brought a 22 foot truck told them it would not all fit we had to leave things behind for lack of space but i must say the 2 guys that loaded were awsome they wrapped everything and carefully loaded the truck they finished 12.30 at nightI asked them when we could expect our furniture to arrive in New Brunswick they said within 2 weeks we waited over 5 weeks after 2 weeks started calling the company and got all kinds of excuses when it finally arrived we had broken goods called Trans Continental several times and left messages to file an insurance claim they never responded we finally filed a claim with our insurance company and paid a 500 dollar deductable . SO BEWARE if you use this service you are dealing with people who really do not care after things leave your home and you have no control over the arrival of yor possessions

   Most rude company

   There is this employee whose name is rob who starts yelling and abusing you ones you start talking about your quote, guess he has some mental problem as other people are writing same reviews about him. And on top of that he gives you a wrong quote and ones you point over that he starts abusing you. Never ever hire them, they are a scam, with most abusive employees.... be aware, dont waste your time.

   Unprofessional and Rude.

   Their "Senior Moving Specialist" Rob swore at me, yelled and proceeded to insult me over the phone, swearing and yelling. He would not give me his companies name and I spent personal time researching it. I would never hire these people and want a full apology from the owner (if that is not Rob himself-whom I suspect it is) Do not hire!
