    Good service.

Out standing experience after getting helpful support with Certified Relocations in Rochelle company in Park, NJ . It was an absolute pleasure to work with this company. Every one from the moving coordinator to the actual movers were smart and courteous from the start until our move was completed. This company was extremely helpful during my move in various ways. Their customer service department was very responsive and courteous from the first time I called in until my move was completed.I can't imagine the last time I was so comfortable with moving. My things arrived in a timely manor and they even set up my furniture for me.This was the smoothest relocation I have had by far. Great job Statewide and thank you! They are amazing. So I truly recommend their services.

    Excellent !!

I moved from MA to CA. I was interacting with Wayne from Certified Relocations. He was very friendly and professional. I booked today and they were ready for pick after 2 days!!. They came on the day they promissed and they delivered a day earlier than I had requested them. Their quotation had everything mentioned clearly. No surprises or hidden fees. They were reasonably priced. I was very worried about moving after hearing experience people had with movers But these guys were superb!! I strongly recommend. Wayne responds to mails/calls very promptly and makes you comfortable by answering all questions you have. They came 30 mins late on the pick up day but that does not stop me from giving 5 starts.

East Coast Move North - South.

I started my search for a company to move me with an online aggregation search engine that shared my name and contact information with a number of moving companies, more than twenty contacted me, and the process of narrowing down the selection started from there. Certified Relocations weren’t the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive, but Debbie, who I talked with via ‘phone and email, was responsive, courteous and always upbeat. I narrowed my list down two three possibilities, and then, without pricing information, asked my wife to make a final selection, she picked Certified, and boy am I happy that she did. Let’s get the small annoyances out of the way first, when you get a quote over the phone, or email without anyone seeing what they are moving, you know there are going to be add ons, I didn’t expect it to be in the piece count. 1 Table = 1 Piece I thought, not at all, the table top, 1 piece, the table legs, 1 piece, the leaf, 1 piece. Picking up a TV, and a dresser with mirror pretty straight forward, but no, I was charged extra to pack and ship the TV and the Mirror because they were fragile. As I said, I was working from a blind quote, so I expected some extras; they just came in odd ways. As with any move, not everything was perfect, or went how I expected it, we were given a three day window for pickup, and I expected they would show up on day three, imagine my surprise when they called to say they would be there on the first day of the window. We were told that there would be up to a 14 day period during which delivery could occur, and with various parts of the East Coast getting hit with storms, I figured that 14 days was a sure bet, they arrived on day 4. Two men, in a tractor trailer packed with furniture, arriving at 10 AM in the Florida heat, did they slack off, take breaks, complain, not one iota, they laughed, they were endlessly polite, and incredibly careful with our belongings. One of the men, walked us through the reconciliation process, every piece had been numbered when it left our house in CT, every number and piece needed to be accounted for on the way to the new place. They assembled everything, when we had them put a piece in a wrong room, they laughed as they moved it a second time, to the correct place. They could not have been nicer if they had tried. All in all, I couldn’t be happier than I am with my experience with Certified Relocations, and will absolutely recommend them to my friends, and use them again.

    Coast To Coast Move.

We're origanally from Los angeles, California and we needed to move my mother in laws furniture from her old house in queens new york to our place here in L.A. I searched the internet for a for an affordable new york mover and came up with certified relocations. The price was on the low side compared to all the quotes we received and michelle from the company was very prompt and informative which was the reason we decided to use their services. The move went smooth, The cost did increase on the move date but we inticipated to have some packing costs and extra boxes. Everything arrived after a little over 2 weeks since we took advantage of a 1 month storage they offered. Overall the service was excellent and we are very happy with the company. The falls family :).

    My Long Distance Move.

We had a great overall experience with Certified Movers for our latest move from New Jersey to Maryland. Thank you for your great service and for always following up and insuring everything goes smoothly. The guys on the delivery did a great job as well. Some of the boxes did get a small beating but nothing was damaged. The price was 125 more then we were quoted due to some additional packing we needed. .

    Great job Certified Relocations!

I was concerned with the below reviews but I spoke with the owner and she told me that they are fake, made up from a couple ex employees trying to destroy her company, glad I listened to her. She was so sweet and here's my story. I used Certified Relocations for my move from CT to NY. They did a fantastic job packing and the workers worked so hard I was very impressed. They were also very kind to me and my little son. I received my delivery the next day. I was very happy with their services I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

    Long distance move.

Long distance movers BEWARE of this company They must have damaged my furniture moving it from one truck to another. Not only did they damage my furniture they also miss placed parts . Certified relocations did not answer my calls which I called several times to get some satisfaction. By there Base being in New York I would have to fly back to New York to sue them . This company is very unprofessional I would not recommend it to my worst enemy . They ignored letters from my lawyer because they knew I would have to come back and forth to New York in order to pursue them.this is my honest opinion and facts of what happened to my family.

    Worst Company Ever.

My nightmare started as soon as these guys received the deposit. I never ever write reviews even when customer service is bad but trust me when I tell you this is the worst experience I have EVER had with a company. First of all the sales person gave me a great quote and stated they pick up on weekends, well the week that I was supposed to get a call to schedule my move they forced me to be home during the week because they couldn't do weekends. The company scheduled the pick morning of May 29th, this day was also my last day at work so I told them several times to please stay on schedule..of course they did not. The driver called at around noon and said he wont be there for a couple of hours. Long story short they threatened to keep my deposit If I did not have anyone at the house whenever they felt like showing up. My sister waited at home and when they got there, after putting everything in the truck told her that it was going to cost more than the actual quote. Of course she couldn't do anything with our things already in the truck and myself (owner) not being there. Called several times to complaint about the additional cost and spoke to Lee (customer service) and he only listens to you but does not do anything for you or even shows a little interest in helping you. Called the company and told them September 21st is the day I wanted to schedule a drop off. Received a call from Dalit on Oct 2nd with the driver's phone and name and she explained that a truck was leaving that weekend so to give him a couple of days for all deliveries. Oct5, I texted the driver to check and have an idea on when he expected to make my delivery, he did not answer but called me and said that he will be at my house Oct 6 between 1-3pm. Took off work and waited, at 4pm driver calls and said his 18 wheeler broke down and he wont be able to make it until Oct 7. Of course at this point I am furious because I wasted a whole day waiting and he called at the end of the day to tell me this. Called the company but because apparently drivers and movers are contractors, the company cannot do anything about this. Oct 7, driver gets to my house asked to come in and get paid up front, I told him I needed to see my things first and showed him the money orders. Driver got upset and stated I will drop off your things at storage and took off. Again, called the company and they couldn't do anything. They re-scheduled my move for Friday Oct 9th between 1-2pm, got off work again and driver did not show up. Next morning I get a call and says he is going to be at my house at noon, I was complaining about the day before and no one calling me to tell me this and all he said was DO YOU WANT YOUR THINGS OR NOT?. Oct 10th, my things get dropped off and so far we have found, plates, cups, Lamps, single dresser, vaccum broken cannot use at all. Damaged items, dining room table, couches, chairs, other dressers. On top of this we are missing a few boxes and were also given items from other people. Called the company spoke to Dalit and of course EXCUSES EXCUSES. My wife and I are trying the MOST to get this company out of business, if you are filing a lawsuit please contact me I would love to split cost.

    Nightmare.

There are bad movers everywhere but with them it all depends on who they disbatch.  PLUS, wheneverything goes wrong you learn a lot about the company with how "corporate" handels the mistake and our story was a disaster.   Here is the formal letter we have written to corporate who is now avoiding us as they do not want to take responsibility for their negligiance (there is stuff insurance is suppose to cover and then there is flat out negligiance).  If you choose to go with them (yes the price is one of the lowest for a reason) don't think the same won't happen to you.   Lee and Certified Relocation team: I wanted to follow up in writing with what we had discussed on the phone.  Your supervisor had asked you to have me feel out the insurance claim package you had sent over.  He mentioned knowing we "opted out" of additional coverage beyond the $0.60 per pound because we had a 3rd party (who you guys recommended) cover the umbrella insurance. The 3rd party covered a handful of the items damaged by your company but will NOT cover the Tempurpedic because you guys upon moving did not cover it as instructed (with materials we had provided) instead folding the mattress in half. You have received the multiple pictures of the damage and wish for us to move forward with your insurance claim package knowing we will only get the max of $0.60 per pound (estimated weight will be 150 lbs thus $90) but you mention your supervisor will work with us after the claim to make it "better"By choosing this route you fully understand the following:* A claim on your insurance will go in effect (possibly raising your insurance) for a $90 claim.* Your company will be served a formal lawsuit by our lawyers.  Thus taking time and money to resolve in the court of law. * The BBB will be contacted and a formal complaint filed* All social media outlets (yelp, movers.com,etc) will receive reviews outlining this experience. Before we hung up I asked if I could speak with your supervisor personally, to see if we could solve this for all parties in a simple manner and you told me,"My supervisor is out of town, but he does not talk to customers, that is why he hired me."If I do not hear back anything by 5pm EST Monday on steps to resolve this in a more civil manner, we will move forward with the steps mentioned above.
