   Highly recommend Chapa moving service. Rudy, Erick Porfirio arrived and introduced themselves. They were polite, respectful, helpful and professional. They did an excellent job loading furniture carefully. Traveled to Bryan Tx. Unloaded And set everything in its place w/o questions. Thank you Rudy, Erick , porfirio and Todd also did great job. Recommend to anyone moving.

   Great moving experience!

   Joe and Alex were awesome!! They introduced themselves when they arrived and were very courteous, friendly & funny. They did an amazing job disassembling and then reassembling all of my furniture. They were quick and careful and had everything done in two hours. I would definitely recommend Chapa’s Moving. Thanks guys ?

   Moving BEWARE

   They damaged all furniture and trashed some do not hire denied claim filing w/bbb there employees steal and they deny they beg for tips and do not honor their contracts would not recommend do your research I’m not only one saying this! There good reviews are false and fabricated I’m sure written from friends and family they have a lot of bad reviews saying exactly the same things! BAD COMPANY

   Stay Away!

   Waiting 60 days to write this review. Was too p** off to do it before. We hired six men and two trucks for an in-town McAllen move. Towards the end the crew started hinted that each of them were due a big tip due to heat. Since they were not done yet I did not offer a tip at that time (I do tip big for good service everywhere). All of a sudden their whole attitude changed. They then damaged (including stripping screws by cross threading) furniture putting it back together. They gouged walls. They chipped flooring. I then was shocked to see two of the crew rolling a safe (approx two feet x two feet x two feet) end over end instead of picking it up. You can image what it did to the files and valuables inside the safe. When I said something they just walked away leaving it in the middle of the family room. I finally sent them on the way even though they were not done to our satisfaction. I then hired a couple of sons of friends to help the next day. When I called to complain I was told to leave name and number. No response. Never again. Stay away if you value your furniture. Stay away if your value your home.

   Missing Wedding Ring.

   Moved our large furniture items in 5hours my wedding ring. When I called and spoke to RAUL, he said, "you must have lost it." Convenient that their contract says, "not responsible for jewelry".
