   Move to Hawaii

   Our move started in an Oklahoma ice storm and ended in a break between Hawaii floods. During this time, there were consistent updates when the trucks could get to our locations. Ryan and Richard kept us informed. The crews at both ends were very polite, courteous, careful, and efficient. We had a very good experience with our move and recommend City Movers.

   We’re so pleased with the service provided by City Moving in our move from Kauai to the mainland in January. They were responsive to our needs and answered all our questions. The teams of movers in both Hawaii and California were extremely professional, friendly and competent. We couldn’t have asked for better. All the coordinators and staff were available whenever we needed anything and kept us informed throughout the move. Our belongings arrived earlier than we expected and in the same condition as when they were packed. We would highly recommend City Moving to anyone looking to relocate. Mahalo

   I was very happy with my City Moving experience Ryan, Teddy and Adrian stood out and were great to work with. We packed our own boxes. Upon pick up they were meticulous in documenting each item and even took pictures. On delivery they had the list and I was able to check off each box as it came in. My shipment was delivered sooner than anticipated which was an added bonus. If I had to do it again I would throw an air tag in one of the boxes. I would definitely use City Moving if I ever had to move again.

   City Moving and its local agents/movers were organized, courteous and efficient throughout our move. The moving crew packed our furniture well and loaded everything carefully and securely. It arrived in good shape. The only spot for some improvement: we were contacted by several different coordinators in the weeks just prior to our move and I was disappointed to find that at times one coordinator didn't know what I'd discussed with their colleagues. Keeping all client correspondence and call notes in one shared place would alleviate this shortfall. Even with this, though, I won't hesitate to recommend City Moving to others.

   Northern California to Hawaii

   Great communication, very efficient! This was our second time using City Moving (first in 2020 2br appt). We had such a good experience the first time, I did not hesitate to call them again. Again, we were given a reasonable quote to move our valuables to Hawaii from Northern California. They coordinated via email and phone calls. Our items were picked up as agreed. Everything was inventoried, numbered and barcoded to be scanned. They will pack up to 6 poster size framed art for free and they even packed our odd-sized items for a nominal fee. All items arrived within a month of pickup intact and complete. the delivery team was pleasant and professional. We appreciate the care of our items and the professionalism they showed. I would definitely reccommend them as a reliable source to move items big and small to Hawaii or where ever they ship to.

   Short Notice Move

   I was able to schedule a move quickly. Customer Service reps were friendly, easy to reach, and had great communication about the pick up, move, drop off, and payment. The moving crew was great. They showed up on time, packed up my old place, and safely delivered my furniture to my new home. They were also very nice and professional.

    Great service, friendly quick contact and updates

    My move was not a traditional furniture move that City Moving handles, I needed to ship a vintage motorcycle with sidecar from the California to Hawaii. From my intial contact the company was very willing to work with me to get my shipment to me. They picked the bike up and built a fantastic crate to protect it during shipment and I was surprised at how low the price was for the crating, especially considering how big it had to be. Once picked up I was contacted regularly to update me on the status of the shipment. It actually arrived in Hawaii much quicker than I anticipated. They delivered the crate right to my driveway and even uncrated it for me. The delivery crew (2 people) were very careful and meticulous in their work and they were right on time with the time estimate they gave me for delivery. I felt the overall price for the move was very good, especially considering what the item was and the amount of space it needed to take up in the container. If I was moving anything again I would definitely use City Moving again and would recommend to others who need moving services.
