   Moving and relocation.

   Paul and his team handled a double move for us (our home plus my mother's), storage for nine months (while we were renting and waiting on a new house to be built) and eventually relocation to the North. The team were all very helpful and supportive, offering a professional service. Everything arrived safe and sound in our new home. The cost for the double move (including all packing up), storage (for nine months) and relocation and unpacking was £7,500 and worth every penny. Thank you CJS.

   I never write reviews but I would like to share my experience with anyone who is looking for a removal company.. CJS was not recommended to me. I did some research and obtained a few quotes, CJS being one of them. I chose CJS as they were competitive, knowledgeable and courteous. I had a complicated sale and onward purchase but they were flexible with arranging dates and then helped me to safely store my belongings at short notice. They listen, are patient, efficient and are great communicators (special thanks to Chloe and Paul). Having had my items in storage for >1yr, I finally moved. The CJS team were wonderful. They kindly moved furniture which was already in the house into the correct place, reassembled furniture and took great care moving all items (especially over my newly sanded floors)! I cannot thank CJS enough for their care and attention to detail. I definitely picked the right removal company for the job. They were so quick and worked tirelessly without breaking a sweat. They remained cool, calm and collected throughout. Thanks a million for the stress free move [Paul (x2), Jaimie, Gary, Tony and Chloe]. I cannot praise CJS highly enough. No offence, but I hope I will not need your services again as this is my forever home, but if I do, I know who to call and who to recommend and entrust CJS with any moving needs. Btw, can you sort out the rest of my house for me?

   A difficult move done well.

   My husband and I were very pleased with, and grateful to CJS for moving our furniture from their storage, to a difficult location in Shropshire. We now live in the countryside of Shropshire, off of two small unmade-up roads. The weather was cold and it rained continuously on the day of the move. The larger of the two removal lorries was unable to get to us! So the CJS team moved all of our furniture into their smaller lorry and did this a total of three times, to get our furniture down to us. They worked incredibly hard and quickly. They were professional and polite and made the job look almost effortless, which it wasn’t! My husband was particularly grateful to Paul, who managed the team very well and also used a tracking device on his phone, so that we could locate CJS whereabouts continuously, on the journey up to us. Many thanks to all of the team.

   Outstanding Removal Service!

   I am extremely happy with CJS removals and can only recommend them to anyone that needs a good priced removal service that helps throughout the whole process. They provided a professional quote that was prices well, they turned up early in the morning and helped us get in to our new house in a professional way. They were all very pleasant and helpful and did above what was expected and asked, they even brought in extra staff just to speed up the move and made sure my family are safely in our new house the dismantled and assembled furniture without fuss. They also provided all packing materials within the quote, I would recommend the extra late key service just in case and if you have expensive items insurance. I would use them or recommend them to anyone without hesitation. THANK YOU ALL AT CJS AND BLESS YOU ALL!! Charles.

   Smooth House move.

   The coordination,organisation and execution of the packing up and move over 3 days was excellent.Chloe and the office team were calm,organised and understanding and excellent move coordinators.The removal crews were polite and hard working and kept a great sense of humour throughout.All timings were met or exceeded expectation.

   Amazing service - will use again.

   Amazing service. Competitively priced quotation even against non-BAR registered competitors. Moved all our stuff with not even a single glass broken. Worked quickly and really friendly approach and dealt with all my “worry” questions which massively helped put my mind at rest. Collected boxes promptly afterwards and totally professional throughout. I will definitely use CJS for any future moves.

   Moving house & furniture move.

   Would highly recommend. We have used CJS twice now, once for moving house 18 months ago and today to move furniture between two properties. Both times the girls in the Office have been amazing organising everything and the guys in the vans, different each time, couldn’t have done more to help at what is always a stressful time.

   CJS Removals provided a very reliable removals service. Our move went smoothly because of their professionalism, punctuality and experience. Paul and his team are very conscientious and kind people. During the move they even kindly offered their help with some new furniture items that happened to be delivered while they were here.     (This was a local move, not long distance as described). I was very upset in regard to how my move was managed by this company. I would not recommend them. On contacting the company for help after the move, I was met with an aggressive and argumentative manager which left me feeling intimidated and unable to raise the issues I experienced. The price was high considering the service we received and purchasing insurance made no difference in regard to missing and damaged items. The team was unprofessional, smoking on arrival, not covering floors and 'borrowing' my tools so they didn't have to go and get their own. I felt they had no respect for myself or my property. I feel I was ripped off in terms of cost and a promised professional service which did not transpire. Moving is already stressful enough, but these cowboys only added to that on every llevel.
