   Avoid this company at any cost

   So we had a military move with this company. And let me tell you, it was a horror movie scene. 1) items that were set aside (newborn items) and were not suppose to be packed (we instructed about it), were packed. It was newborn items crucial for a baby. Had to buy all new stuff afterwords. 2) they got too small of a crate for our furniture (and by that I mean not small because we had a lot of stuff, but too small to fit our 1 couch:)) which was hanging out of the truck through the interstate drive (and we honestly have no clue if they fixed it before putting it to the ship). So all the way from Savannah to Jacksonville our 3000 couch was hanging out of a truck . 3) items that were suppose to be packed super carefully were literally thrown inside of the boxes with no care(we 100% items will arrive damaged) 4) stuff that was set aside disappeared (my husbands airpods and probably we will find out about more stuff) 5) had no inventory review after packaging and were asked to sign that they walked us through everything, when they did not!!!! And was threatening us that if something is damaged they won’t pay, but then they won’t pay for us if something is missing because we sign that it’s packed!! The audacity 6) manager was talking down me and my husband like we’re stupid while explaining about moving process, which I moved back and forth from EUtoUS 5 times:) 7) managers did not provide any solutions never received calls back for all of this. They told us: there is nothing that we can do, sucks man (word by word) 8) and the best one for the end:) workers made sure to use our fridge, but somehow items that were suppose to be packed were left behind. So we Had to throw away our stuff because we cannot bring it to the plane! 9) workers were cursing near us and the kids (so did the manager on the phone while yelling) If you want to have a horror movie experience and have the most stressful move of your life you should use this company. Your items will most likely will get destroyed and their service will make you feel like you’re trash. If I could give 0 stars I would. TRUST ME EVERY SINGLE REVIEW WITH 1 star everywhere about this company is 100% true. AWFUL

   Horrendous service.

   Unfortunately had this company contracted by the military for my move. I had such a poor experience that I would never recommend this company to anybody, for anything. I truly hope the military removes their contract with this company. 1.) My house was left an absolute mess. I had trash all over the house, piles of my items just sitting in random places throughout the house, and a ton of debris outside my home that I had to have removed. I wish I could post pictures so people could see how bad it really was. I had mud all over my brand new rugs and dirt footprints throughout the house on my brand new carpet. They also busted up my walls and just placed large furniture in front of the damaged walls to cover it up. 2.) My brand new house now has scuff marks all over the walls, dents, holes, you name it. My floors are scratched and my flower beds were kicked up all over the front. 3.) The team was so unprofessional that they got in a verbal altercation in front of my home, in front of my wife and kids. The manager had to tell them to quit. 4.) a considerable amount of my items are damaged, and while the items damaged inside the boxes are likely poor packing on the other end, my damaged furniture is absolutely to the fault of the delivery. I had a lot of very new furniture that is now scuffed, scratched, or completely destroyed. 5.) The team was expected to put together items that were taken apart by the team at my old home. After 1 hour of the guy attempting to put the table together, he up and quit and left it half assembled. I could have asked them to finish, however it was 9pm and I couldn’t deal with their unprofessionalism any longer. I will update this review after I get my claim together and let you know how painful that process was. And to add: I was going to leave it at one review, but my google review disappeared so we’ll play that game.
