Cosmo HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
This company is 2 1/2 weeks late as of today! They give you no warning when they’re coming in. They do not give 24 hour notice to their customes!!! They are in a position to be very rude, and they take advantage of it because they have all your items !!!! Their customer service is very unprofessional , rude and they don’t even try to make the customer satisfied because they don’t have to. They have all your stuff!!!! They don’t answer calls when they tell you to contact them!!! this was a living nightmare!! They over charge!!! They get most all of your belongings in the truck and then they say they don’t have room for the rest and you have to pay thousandsof dollars more because you have too many items!! And they won’t haul the rest of it until you pay them $4000 in cash!!! Their estimate was $6200. They ended up charging me over $12,000 !!! They use a broker that they don’t even communicate with& the broker lies, and makes promises that cosmos has no intention of keeping!! They take all your furniture and belongings, and hold it ransom until you pay thousands of dollars more than what was estimated!!!! they are crooks!!!! I wish I would’ve used U-Haul or pods or any other transportation for my furniture and belongings. I still haven’t received them!!!! Stay far away from this company!!!!!
