   Expert at packing and storing.

   I was very pleased with their service.  I wasn't sure that all my belongings would fit in the truck, but their expert packing made it all possible.  I had it moved to storage in PA and again, they managed to fit it all in to the unit. The movers were courteous and very helpful.  The took care with my furniture and shrink wrapped it for protection.  I was very impressed with their ability to judge how much space was needed. The cost was much less than other quotes I received. I would gladly recommend their services. Maureen S.

   Moving Day.

   DMV Moving & Storage is Excellent and Efficient.  I would Highly recommend them to others. The truck was clean.  Delivery men were friendly and efficient.  Everything was done in a timely manner.  I would use the company again. They arrived on time.  I had to call them back on another day to move some items that I thought I could move myself but I couldn't do it alone.  They arrived again, at the exact time promised and were just and fast and efficient as the first time.  They moved furniture around and some rugs around which were very heavy.  They had to remove a door to fit in a sofa - and again, all was done with professionalism and efficiency. .

   Hard workers.

   These guys did a great job.  They were fast and careful.  They worked really hard and stopped only a couple of short times for a break in 12 hours.  Everything was delivered in good condition.  They were on time.  I completely trusted them with my stuff.  There was no damage to the walls or anything either.  They wrapped a few of the items for us for free too (like couches and tables).  .

   Moving.

   I was concerned since we lived all the way on the Eastern Shore of Maryland , but they showed up on time with all equipment, did a beautiful job protecting and loading a house full of wood furniture ( including the second floor), arrived in Bel Air, MD on time and quickly unloaded to a second floor condo. I was impressed! The bill was just under the estimate, so I was very pleased since we were too far away to do more than a phone estimate. In the end, I was very happy and relieved !

   Excellent Work DMV Moving and Storage.

   DMV Moving & Storage gave the best and most favorable quote for my move. The employees arrived before time and the foreman was very receptive to my questions. They took their time and wrapped the furniture to make sure nothing was damage. The loading and unloading of the truck was efficient. As a matter of fact, I am moving again in a few weeks and I am most definitely using them for my next move.

   Friendly, Courteous and Efficient.

   The movers were prompt, courteous and helpful.  Stayed on track and and always checking with me to see if I needed any help or where to put things. A final walk through was completed to ensure everything was to my satisfaction.  The only thing damaged was one tier to a cat tree, probably due to carrying it improperly.  Other than that, they took great care in breaking everything down and putting it back together.

   Great service at unbeatable price!

   DMV Moving and Storage Inc. moved my household from Odenton to Crofton in less than four hours without any issues.  DMV sent three movers who were equally focused-driven, customer friendly, efficient and all about business and didn't waist any time playing around.  For the quality service, the price was great. I will utilize DMV again and highly recommend.   .

   Moved me twice.

   I use DMV twice in one year. First out of Baltimore and from one unit to another within same building. Nothing ever broken or lost. My last move was so good and we were finished within the 3 hours that they helped me set up in my new unit. The guys are always nice and they were very organized. In the first move had a problem but all I had to do was report it. Andrew was sooo helpful, Oscar is very nice. So would I recommend this company. .. yes very much.

   BEWARE of DMW Moving Company!

   The forman Juan Carlos had a nasty attitude, didn't follow the contract, had us doing work that specifically stated that they would do pertaining to breakdown and set up of furniture. When we called the owner Oscar about our concerns he was condensing and accused us of not wanting to pay. Not once did we say anything about not paying or getting a discount or refund. We just wanted the service stated on the contract honored. He threaten to pull his crew when we addressed him with our concerns and pointed out what they said on the contract dealing with services. The crew the company had under Juan were great! Very pleasant young men and respectful. Also with this company watch out for hidden fees. To put a piece of cardboard and a blanket on fragile items, they charge 10.00 per item although it stated in the contract that blankets and supplies were included in the quote. Also they have you sign a waiver that they are not responsible for any damages or breakage of electronic items or glass items. They brought an extra person not included in the contract and charged an additional 25.00 per hr. and stated that they needed this extra person to get things done in a timely manner. 3 people were already allotted in the quote and they brought a forth for a two bdrm condo. I feel this company takes advantage of you especially since they know you need your things moved. This situation added to the stress I was already feeling just pertaining to moving. With just having major brain surgery less than 7 months ago, it made me feel sick to the stomach and gave me a migrane headache. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! The only reason they recieved a fair rating is because of the young men working for them.

    Stolen Electronic Items.

    My wife hired this company to do a local move in MD. I was at work and could not be there to watch. When I arrived to the new home and checked my items, I noticed that my Beats by Dre Headphones, valued at $400 dollars, were missing. I was also missing a portable Bluetooth speaker valued at $150. The charging cable that was used to charge the headphones was located in a separate drawer with a bunch of cables and that was also missing, so they had to have went looking through my stuff to find the accessories to the headphones. My wife contacted them and was told to submit a complaint, which she did. She has contacted them multiple times since and has not received a response. This is very unprofessional to workers on site stealing from customers and going through their items. I would not recommend using this company! I have been through many moves from my time in the military and never have my items stolen or had to deal with such poor customer service. I've seen many bad reviews about this company so I don't expect I will be getting reimbursed for my items. Just letting everyone know what they will be dealing with and to secure all your valuable items before they come to move your stuff.
