   Friendly and helpful guys!

We are very happy with the service we received. My move between apartments was smooth and stress-free thanks to them. They arrived on time, handled all the heavy lifting with care, and kept working efficiently until the whole move was done. The move was finished earlier than expected, which was a huge relief. I would absolutely use Dumbo Moving and Storage again.

   Peaceful Service!

I didn’t know what to expect since this was my first time hiring movers. The process felt straightforward. They walked through the place with me and listened. I pointed out pieces that mattered to me, and they paid attention. The truck was packed carefully, and unloading followed the same pace. I checked my furniture later and felt comfortable with how it was handled.

Very hard working group of guys

I am very satisfied with how the team handled my kitchen appliances. My microwave and toaster oven were loose, and I didn't have the original boxes for them. They lifted the appliances from the bottom to keep the internal parts stable during the ride. While unpacking, I checked the glass doors on the microwave and found no cracks at all.

These guys showed up on time.

The move to the new apartment went a lot better than the last time I did this. I had a ton of winter gear and those big plastic storage bins that are always a pain to stack. These guys showed up on time and just got to work, getting the whole load down the stairs without hitting the walls. I stayed out of the way and let them handle the heavy lifting. By the afternoon, my bed was in the new room, and I didn't have to spend the whole night moving boxes from the curb.

The whole experience was so pleasant.

This was one of the easiest moves I’ve had. They helped me shift a collection of books and decor to a new spot, and they did it right. They showed up on time and packed the items so they wouldn’t bend or break. Loading was done in one trip, and the truck looked ready for the job. At the new place, they unloaded quickly and didn’t leave trash behind. It was a simple process.

   Team members are honest!

The move was because I was downsizing, and the team handled it perfectly. They showed up on time and packed properly. The team didn't take long to load. After that, these guys were able to offload all the stuff without any damage to anything. The movers worked without making things complicated, and it was a stress-free experience.

   A Dream Team.

These movers handled our recent relocation from a downtown loft to a suburban home. The challenge was a fragile, glass-top dining table and a narrow spiral staircase. They disassembled it with the tools they brought, wrapping each piece meticulously. The reassembly at the new house was flawless. Their precision with delicate items is what sets them apart.

   My hats off to you!

I was really impressed by the fact that the movers brought their own floor mats to keep my new carpets clean. It was a bit muddy outside, but they were very disciplined about wiping their feet and using the protective runners. Dumbo Moving and Storage clearly cares about the property of their clients, and that means a lot to me. I am very happy with the clean and professional job they did for my family.

   Trustworthy Movers

We had to move our photography studio setup from one commercial unit to another across state. There were backdrops, lighting kits, and packed camera gear. They handled the entire load without needing much input once we walked them through it. Each item showed up in the right spot at the new place, and none of it needed redoing or shifting around. That saved us time and let us reopen without delays.

We wish you all the very best!

Couldn’t have asked for a better team. They made the move feel so manageable, even though I had delayed packing. There were no unexpected changes to the cost. I am satisfied with the service and would recommend them.
